Crime › Re: Hausa Youths Attack Yoruba In Osun, Five Injured by discusant: 8:06pm On Mar 11, 2015
kernel504:
After creating the division, is too late.
Hausa created them months before Nigeria Biafra War aimed towards division among the then Eastern states.
Hausa/Fulani created the new deep divisions in Nigeria when soldiers loyal to their political cause created too many states in the far north which gave rise to this new born to rule sickness plaguing Nigeria. The Yoruba , Igbo and south south are now constrained to depend on Hausa/Fulani leadership or whoever the group appoints as leader.

Problem is that some Yoruba because of religious affiliation to far north, or because of complete ignorance, do not understand the trick played by Hausa/Fulani against rest of Nigeria with political restructuring via states and LGA creations. Some don't even understand that land mass is never used any where to determine number of administrative units like provinces, regions or states to be created in an area.

Lol. This one believes that One Nigeria was welded in heaven with oxyacetylene gas to last for ever. Deploy your ethnic/religious bigotry that makes you detest Jonathan government which has done more good for Nigeria than its predecessors, use it to impose Buhari-ISIS-BOKO upon Nigeria, and watch Nigeria splinter right before your eyes. Was Buhari blind when he was preaching for sharia criminal laws for all of Nigeria? The same sharia criminal laws is what ISIS, TALIBAN and BOKO HARAM say they are fighting for a Caliphate to implement.

These days you encounter Arabs and Somalis who boast that they are coming to take over Nigeria. They believe that Buhari shall win the next presidential election.
Yet you see some Yoruba shout for Buhari to become president of Nigeria. This is the Buhari who said that Boko Haram should not be fought against.

Can any sane person imagine a president supporting a violent group that vows to dethrone the government led by the president?
Yours is the most stupid comment ever made anywhere.

Truth is that Boko Haram is intensifying its violence on Nigeria; the aim is to make Nigerians become more afraid that they are not safe under the incumbent government.
And Buhari stands to be the beneficiary of the violence as some voters that could have voted Jonathan shift to an alternative presidential candidate - to Buhari.

In Kaduna in 2001, Buhari said that unconstitutional sharia criminal codes like stoning women to death for adultery must be implemented in all of Nigeria
And he had since been preaching that Boko are freedom fighters that must not be combated by Nigeria.
Buhari said that fighting Boko is like fighting the north.

It is you religious extremists that can root for Buhari as president of Nigeria; another are people who want to ride on Buhari's back to Aso Rock.

@ egift,

you don't know what is at stake in the next presidential election. You think it is only about Jonathan, it is more about the preservation or alteration of the existing political structure and governing system that created a born to rule class in Nigeria.
Oyibo left Nigeria a most functional regional government system with fiscal federalism.
Now we have a rigged political structure imposed upon a dysfuntional and quasi unitary government system.

A president Buhari MUST preserve the dysfunctional system because it overwhelmingly favours his born to rule class.

No, Jonathan did not disappoint Nigerians, despite the huge wars waged by insurgents against his government, he performed better than his predecessors.

What happened was that insurgents used violence to make some gullible voters falsely believe that Jonathan could not provide them with security. So they shifted focus to an alternative candidate which is now Buhari.

But Nigeria cannot afford to pay Buhari with making him president after this fraud of using violence to intimidate the voters since Jonathan came to office.

For six years, Boko Haram has been unleashing deadliest violence against Nigeria. Now it is turning out that Buhari is the main beneficiary from Boko Haram long war against Nigeria. Because much of Buhari voters next election shall be people worried that the government of GEJ may not provide them with security.

For years, Buhari had expressed sympathy for Boko Haram. For example, Buhari said Boko Haram are freedom fighters that must not be fought against by Nigerian government.

Boko Haram says it is fighting for a country friendly with the practice of Sharia criminal laws like stoning women to death for adultery and cutting off hands of petty thieves. And in Kaduna in 2001, Buhari said the same sharia criminal laws needed to be implemented in all of Nigeria.
So unless you are an Islamic extremist, there is nobody in his right mind that would go for Buhari as president of a multiple-religious country like Nigeria. Buhari as president of Nigeria shall be a recipe for disaster in the country.

Ignorance is a bliss for you.
You wrote like a Boko Haram sponsor.

Twelve far north states toyed with Sharia criminal laws and it yielded Boko Haram.

Foolish as you believe you were convincing chickens about what caused Boko Haram.

Could anyone in the world imagine any ruling party commission insurgents to push down the party's ruling government? It's unimaginable.

Far north leaders through adopting sharia criminal laws overtly or covertly caused Boko Haram violence.

Boko says it is fighting for a country friendly with the same sharia criminal laws like stoning women to death for adultery, cutting off hands of petty thieves.
In 2001; Muhammadu Buhari speaking in Kaduna urged Muslims to ensure that sharia criminal laws be implemented in all of Nigeria.

Your north fetched Boko Haram firewood infested with red ants. Why compare with Bayelsa? Bayelsans must be too smart to know the implications of adopting religious criminal laws that are unconstitutional.

Twelve northern states embraced sharia criminal laws. Boko Haram has consistently said that it is fighting for a country friendly with practice of Sharia criminal laws. Buhari charged Muslims to ensure that extreme sharia laws be practiced in all of Nigeria.

Buhari can't be president of Nigeria, else chaos engulfs Nigeria and lead to end of the union. That should be time to say to your tents O Israel.
