That adoption was during OBJ administration. It was seen as a protest to what they termed an infidel govt led by OBJ.
OBJ ignored the ugly move and called it political sharia.

Shortly after in Kaduna, Buhari called on Muslims to ensure the implementation of such extreme sharia laws all over Nigeria.

Shortly after, Boko Haram started violence against Nigeria and says it is fighting for a country friendly with such extreme sharia laws.

You know the truth that too many Nigerians that share same objective for a country governed with such sharia laws sabotage the war against Boko Haram.

The exam officer from Katsina who "manufactured" the statement of Result for Buhari just said that it was not Buhari that requested for the statement, so how is Buhari associated to the said statement of result?

there is no point going to court when buhari is sure of losing the elections. Going to court will only heat up the system and apc people will use the opportunity to cause problems nationwide . So the best thing is just to allow him lose woefully at the elections for the 4th time . And besides buhari himself or apc hasn't publicly or officially associated themselves with this result,although we may argue that silence means consent but until they make a statement that yes this is buhari document there is nothing anybody can do. We all know the atrocities apc is capable of committing due to their desperation for power and there is no point giving them an excuse for it. There is no point creating more necessary tension in the country by going to court,instead of going to court pdp will rather go to the polls.

What certificates is anyone going to challenge in court? Buhari is yet to submit any WASC/CAMBRIDGE Certificate to INEC to prove that Buhari attended secondary school. No prospective employers can accept statement of results or affidavit as proof that a job seeker passed through secondary school. Buhari and APC chieftains believe they can get away with deceit.

Buhari Can also deny in court that the statement of results was not bearing his name, Muhammadu, it was bearing another name Mohamed. Evrythig about APC borders on lies, falsehood, cheating, profiteering, including profiting from Boko Haram violence against innocent Nigerians.

It is not written anywhere in the constitution that you should present your WAEC certificate. The constitution say a candib date must have up to school certificate or its equivalent.

Having a diploma from the US War College is far more than having a school certificate.

constitution says you must have passed through secondary school. But amended electoral act says candidate must have school certificate or equivalent. But only way for Buhari to satisfy both constitution and electoral act is by convincing INEC that he attended secondary school. And only way to convince somebody that one passed through secondary school is by presenting one's certificate , not by statement of Results, because statement of Results can be easily forged. The diplomas from US War College and other defence schools are not academic but professional certificates. Such certificates are not equivalent to Secondary school certificates.

Nigeria passed through palace military coupes by the Buhari clan for more than 30 years - until 1999. The attitude of the clan toward Nigeria's politics remains what it was - or even worse.
