Google "When did the Arab slave trade begin in Africa?". You'll see it became really organized in the 7th Century – which is 1000 years before the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade of the 17th Century really kicked off.

The most defining part of the Arab Slave Trade was, it was the Africans of Sudan and the lower parts (in West Africa) who agreed to sell slaves to the Arabs.

Remember: The Arabs and Europeans have a long history and invaded each other earlier before our contact with the Europeans. The Arabs were in Spain and Portugal too.

Now blame America and Europe for the Arab Slave Trade you began 1400 years ago.

It was the African chiefs and slave masters who kept their fellow Africans in sub-water-level barns, and built and policed the Bridges of No Return. The Europeans simply bought 'products' your forebears sold to them.

If there's any reparation to be done, governments of the South South (places right on the coast) have to pay too.

He was blunt about Venezuela; about being deposing Maduro for aligning with the East and the U.S. interest in their oil.

I've been doing analyses of state government websites/web apps for years and that deliberate leak of revenue to such unstately channels you explained sure is responsible for why, asides Lagos and recently in Abia, Nigerian state governments shy away from centralizing their revenue collection systems or semblances of such.
