Whatever you are doing, ensure you submit your applications on or before 2nd of January 2020 (Including your referees). I missed the deadline for referee submission last year for UBC, so I learnt the hard way. I reapplied again this year and my last referee submitted the letter today. All the best guys!

The easiest way out would be to get a sworn affidavit from your state court, stating your full name, permanent address, passport number if available and the nature of your residence over the past 10-15 years

i guess your A.transcript has 3pages. scan each page, take each page to resize-photos.com upload the pix one after the other and adjust the provided slide button to about 25 or thereabout, click on resize and then download the products. take all the resized pics to docupub.com and merge. you will have something you can work with. The eligibility package you submitted contained a checklist, profile form....and declaration form. You are/were supposed to sign on the checklist and declaration forms. There's no separate UBC form

I've completed eligibility assessment and UBC faculty application for Master of Public Health (MPH)...just reviewing my application now while going through this thread just to discover that I might not have really applied for Mastercard Scholarship before going ahead unto Faculty Applications.���

Upon completion of your Eligibility Package, please submit a copy of your package as one pdf. document via email to mcfsp.admissions@ubc.ca. Note that the declaration must be signed by hand, electronically, or typed,otherwise, the package will be considered incomplete.

You'll get full score for class of degree rating (which is First Class). For O'level rating, they usually pick your best five subjects I think, and then grade it into something similar to

A1 - 6
B2 - 5
B3 - 4
C4 - 3
C5 - 2
C6 - 1

P.S: Assuming total score for O'level is 30 marks.
