In application of SOWP can you use your spouses GCKEY?
if spouse is one with study permit can you still use spouse to fill the family representative form?

If you are using a representative, you will fill that form to grant them access to your file. Otherwise, leave it blank

I am so sorry to hear your application was refused. I wish I have more information and insight to give you but I believe you will get it right next time and very soon.

One thing I would say is this, please do it yourself this time so we know where the problem is coming from. Some of these agents don't put their best in these applications as much as the principal applicant would, I know it isn't easy but do it yourself next time. Nah you dey wear the shoes, nah you know were e dey pain you pass.

I think SOWP is more appropriate for your situation. I imagine that the visa officer saw that you will not just visit your wife briefly and return when she just had a baby. you will want to stay back and take care of them ( stronger family ties in Canada). If you can apply for sowp soon and follow up with emails requesting urgent processing because of your situation, I think that will make more sense

Some SOWPs applications get quick processing as fast as 2months especially for unique cases like yours

You need to add more documents to justify that you have strong commitments in Nigeria to guarantee your return. Sadly,GCMS notes take longer than 40 days to be delivered this days. You could decide to gather more documents and write a strong letter of explanation and reapply

Hi your biometrics is valid for 10years so you won't need a new one. you just have to submit a new application

I am not a visa officer but most of us just try to think like them . I think it depends on how you frame the SOP::. For example if you say “you are pregnant and lonely, and your husband is worrying about you in Canada, and you miss him and would like to be with him sothat you can bothe experience your pregnancy and the joy of having your first child together -lol� I am just playing with words. But I feel that makes more sense than to just say :: you will be having your baby in Canada during your visit: that will sound like you want to japa and go and give birth to Canada citizen baby. My opinion

To my best knowledge the PPR letter usually comes along with the approval letter. This is quite new to me�

Yeah the letter is the last thing requesting for passport after the application has been approved, i also read same in one of the messages posted here some times ago, i just wana know how long it takes so i can submit my passport to VSF. However, the backlog and holiday hasn't help either.

How are you? How's the preparation for your spousal application coming up?

I'll recommend you put in the spousal sponsorship application before you submit a new visit visa request. (This is based on my recent understanding of the 2 streams - Outland vs Inland) This will likely help in convincing the visa officer that you don't intend to stay back in Canada to work, until your spousal PR is approved. Especially since one can't get a work permit with the Outland stream. However feel free to go with whichever option works best for you.

Lol, I don't know about you,but, in my school, you can work unlimited hours on campus. The 20hours limit is for "off-campus" jobs.

I didn't answer because we done answer that question plenty times. if you go through previous messages for that thread, you for know say I didn't apply to those schools that you mentioned. And for MasterCard, it is different process for every school. If you read through that thread, you will see that UBC, Mcgill and Arizona have ended their contract with MCF, I am not sure of edinburgh. the only thing you can do is to gather your documents and be waiting for August when all the applications will begin to open, sothat you will know the one you qualify for.
