MasterCard will not ask u to pay money to confirm enrollment, be careful not to fall for a scam.

maybe things are different with Mcgill but I suggest you Email the program coordinator and ask for clarification. You can also email the MasterCard office.

Thank you for your response. But based on your response, I even have more questions to ask. From what I have seen through previous chats, the MCF decisions for McGill usually come out in early April (correct me if I am wrong). However, in my acceptance letter into the program (I received it two weeks ago), my department wants me to confirm enrollment and possibly pay their enrollment deposit by 29th March. I am, therefore, a little confused how I can send in the deposit while I am yet to confirm whether MCF will take me in or not... and I know for sure, I can NEVER afford McGill without some sort of financial assistance.

You have to stay positive and open. I applied to 6 scholarships last year,4 sent rejections, one had me on waiting list, only UBC pulled through. the day i got a call from UBC, i received my rejection letter from Edinburgh like 20minutes and had already given up b4 UBC called.
I don't know any of the scholars that have returned to Naija

My scholarship offer letter shows the coverage from flight, to books,feeding, accommodation and stipends, I dont know if other scholarships provide somuch information

I know there are different kinds of scholarships, but in this context of Canada Fully-funded Scholarship, would the applicant need to show the conventional required Living Expenses or the fullyfunded Scholarship covers all?

In my case, when I got the NSE request, i told my scholarship sponsors and requested for their bank statement,lol, instead they wrote out a letter of explanation for me to upload in the place of POF where they explained how established the scholarship is and details of its coverage.

I think the applicant should discuss with the school and see if they can provide some sort of evidence

The Nigeria LGBTQ community tagged the Australian high commissioner to Nigeria and the embassy handle to the tweet, boom they bounce her (denied her visa) that she is not welcome in their country, and as it is now other embassies are taking note of what we tweet or discuss.
