For you to sustain wealth you must multiply it more than the rate at which you are producing it. All you need to do sow your seed and the law of multiplication will take over. Remember, it is not the money but your ability to reproduce it or multiply it as the case may be, until money is release, it can never do work.

Money principle for building your future is quite simple steps to follow. The road to true riches is not a big debate. Make investment a habit. You have to sacrifice what you want now for what you must need latter. Let your thinking on money be a drive for you to do work on how to get it.

Has anyone considered microfinance bank's fixed deposits? They pay high interest on deposits, you can get as high as 15% per annum on N1million for 60,90 and 120 days. The more money you fixed, the higher the interest rate. MFB's are now doing well as they are strictly regulated by CBN.

I have some friends that are enjoying good rates with Lovonus Microfinance Bank Ltd, located at Iddo Ultramodern shopping complex Iddo, Lagos.

I also hear Asset Matrix Microfinance Bank Ltd located on Herbert Macaulay road, Oyingbo also gives a good rate.

I have never been out of the country before, in 2012, i applied for a Uk visa to go on vacation but was denied, I have a son, and my fiance work and study in the US, he is a green card holder, I need advise on the following options for my USA visa application.

1st Option: My employer wants to send me on all paid expense vacation trip. I work in a financial institution as an accountant and i earn N186,000 monthly net of tax.

2nd Option: My Uncle who is a citizen wants to send me an invitation.

3rd Option: My fiance wants to send me an invitation but we only have conversation on phones and BBM, whats app,2years going. No other evidence of relationship.

I want to go alone and leave my son with my mum, he is a year and half old. I intend to go with him on my next vacation.

Which option do i go with? and what are my chances of non-refusal with the option considering leaving my son behind.

As for your birth certificate, you might not need to include the document depending on the category of visa that you're applying for, but however, it is wise to get that sorted before it gets you into trouble: actually, it would help if you give detail explanation of the names discrepancy

I applied for UK visa in year 2007 but was refused on the following grounds that;
I have not proven to have a close ties in Nigeria as a student cos my letter from my school did not stipulate my entry and graduation date. Also that they are aware of the inconsistencies in Nigeria University system such as numerous strike actions hence they are not not convinced I would return back to Nigeria.
Secondly, that I provided a sponsorship bank statement with insufficient fund of €119 which is not enough to cover my flight and accomodation.
One thing I disagree with in this claim is the statement balance which is actually €1119 conversion.
I did not appeal cos I decided to just complete my education.
Presently im through with school but my results are not out yet, I have a professional certificate as a chartered accountant, I'm presently working fulltime and I earn N130k monthly, I also work partime for a network marketing company and earn extra income from there. I have inflow into my account in this last week that my is from my contributory savings with a group of friends and it dosent have supporting doc cos its not official.
Lastly, my birth cert carries a different middlename from all my docs. Please advise as I want to apply for visa to spend my xmas in UK

Congrats to all those who made it to the next level in this exam. I need an advise on curriculum payment, though i have a PC for e-book, i get easily bored reading from the PC. i intend to buy the printed copy of the curriculum but i don't know if there would be custom issues and other tarrifs that might hinder the smooth shipping of the curriculum as i learnt its quite heavy. please advise.
