it could be fun or woo depending on the people involved. alot of people cant keep their relationship of work and that could cos calamity to them or towards people around but on the other hand the few(emphasis on the few) would manage it well would be great as the can stay professional and happyily in love.

E.g. you are in a meeting wit ur baby and ^{u think of are as a sex object} u would definitely not make much success 'cos your mind is occupied trying to figure out whn next u wld corner her or worst case even flirt around before others


But if you are professional things will be different! it would only strenghten the feeling.

not bad gist from an insider's view. Nigerians might be hard to please as customer but i know there are some of us that can tell the difference between what it is and what it should be.

There are different kind of customers-
Also what CS personnel should know no matter the organisation should remember is that they are because of their clients

- Clients, can be difficult b'because they are:

Distracted Clients
Disappointed Clients
Disruptive Clients
or they just don't know better!

Your job is to know how to deal with each without punishing the next client for the previous guys sins.The retail banks know who their market are and should have room for their wahala!(have u heard about "insult allowance", it's the company's problem am hired to fixed?)

You might have gone through d toughest and most expensive trainings but, how many of your colleagues actually bring back what they learnt into their day to day work?

Are you artistic mind wise- wit computer application you might not need to be very good with your pencils.

But you need to be able to use the application start with learn easy ones like corel draw or so and you can consider training school if that convenient.

As much as it is better to call the shot and be the boss, not all of us can be a good bosses or run a biz. More so some people would still have to work for us if we create our own thing .
But those who can should and be a good bosses and not steal the shine from employers or treat employee like trash!
