For Entry level customer service -{grad} is in that range between 25K-40K at least in a medium size company.
At time industries matter because it make the task kind of slightly different!
Also the skills the person has also command the amount offered.

- Package your concept and to the and keep it to urself

- Find the contact person * the main man* then liaise with them

Another way is to do samples you can give away to them ^{(agency or coY)} to show you skills, try to build a relationship with them then hope for future jobs

As per how much they would pay depending on your experience and natural ability entry level would b like 30-45K( in a big ad agency )
