It people pay to low then you would have to keep the standards low and the wrong people would be at you door.

my advice is that they play safe go for all the test possible and get clear on their state of but not belly by force.

CareerRe: Varying Salaries In Different Fields by diyobdw(f): 10:53am On Oct 23, 2007
For Entry level customer service -{grad} is in that range between 25K-40K at least in a medium size company.
At time industries matter because it make the task kind of slightly different!
Also the skills the person has also command the amount offered.

BusinessRe: What's The Best Way To Market Goods And Services In Nigeria by diyobdw(f): 10:45am On Oct 23, 2007
What you are sell and how you are selling to is the key to knowing how you want to sell it.

Just for example sake:
1. Gala - sold on the streets is targeted and people "on the road" and "who need some snack" but "have no time to visit an eating place"
advert in the papers wont make that audience buy gala as much has the guy screaming at your car window. you get!

In the same way a Bank product sold on the street wont be a good idea -'because aside being unprofessional, where do you want to start explain'g the financial jargons from?

The Cost effectiveness of the medium you eventually choose would largely depend on the audience and the peculiarities.

If you look at it from that angle and you won't be far from right!

hope you get what i mean

Nairaland GeneralRe: The Future Of Nairaland & The Competitive Landscape by diyobdw(f): 9:03am On Oct 03, 2007
A bit of marketing plan and opening up for more moderate would help like stated already.

Especially to cut crappy contributors angry ------- that would chase away well meaning ones.

They are loads of witty pp i have met on Nairaland all see this as a project that has come to stay and have outgrown the "me thing" into a brand known for fun & vital resources. Like any other brands it need some prof handling. am sure u know what that means

Guess it's just the fury of man
Became a monster, on top of the world, never fallin

BusinessRe: Starting An Advertising Agency In Nigeria by diyobdw(f): 8:57am On Sep 26, 2007
You see u have some thing to fear in taking and advert to companies *esp big once.Losing your concept to their agency or marketing dept.
-cos you are a one man firm !
- you are a treat -sadly but logically reason is that -if you are being paid to do a job and a stranger walks in and deliver what u were hired to do it means, you are incompetent or not required.-that why the kill such

These wont stop u work be copied! sad

Aside that, lets get positive:

- You can find out how the company work thru agency or do they have a marketing dept that control their advertising.

- Package your concept and to the and keep it to urself

- Find the contact person * the main man* then liaise with them

Another way is to do samples you can give away to them (agency or coY) to show you skills, try to build a relationship with them then hope for future jobs

When a lady begins to conceive the fact that she wants to slice people up with swords, just in the name of religion in the modern day we are living, tell me where is the religion of peace abiding. A religion of Piss indeed!

As a man thinketh in his heart so is he.
Hey am a factual person and i slice people up with swords because and a creative writer! not because of my religion so guessu r rit As a man thinketh in his heart so is he.. Islam is what it is not matter your perception of it. It defends itself so am cool

davidylan:
I don't even know what to make of this thread. Is it a complaint, a statement or a question?

Methinks the author and other deluded muslims should be grateful that those who ask them such "innocent" questions don't kidnap them and force them to convert to christianity on the pain of death like their "peaceful" religion does.

blablabla,
knowing who is talking, i walk away , grin

Back to the topic please!!!!!!
