Hey Ogbeni calm down, I really know aw to b rude too,let me tell u facts. Western states was my upbringing and I'm gonna tell u this, Ibadan is d largest in west Africa, I mean in land mass, maybe because of this,their arrangement in building structures,roads,market,are scattered, no master plan at all, dirty places, in fact Ondo state s more organized to
compared to Ibadan. It normal that in every state, we have the rural & Urban areas. Wait o do I even need to stay in a particular place to conclude that somewhere is beautiful? So all roads leading to Ibadan from lasgidi are the ones impaired, so the beautiful places are d inner city in which I didn't pass through, ha funny u. literally, it means rapid urbanisation, new places opening up, forest developing to prime residential quarters, towns turning to cities..

and outside lagos, abuja and rivers.... no city or state beats Anambra(onitsha and akwa), Enugu, dont know much of delta but i know New Asaba opposite Asaba airport is far developed than any District in the south west outside lagos,in terms of residential standard and quality of life.
