It is no longer a surprise that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the candidate of the All Progressive Congress, emerged as the winner of the 2023 Presidential election with over eight million votes, defeating Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party.



The announcement of his victory on February 25th has sparked reactions from various prominent individuals. The Spiritual Director of the Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria (AMEN), Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka, while offering prayers for the nation, encouraged Nigerians to accept Tinubu as their President if that is the choice of God.



He stated that the country needs to come together as one to address the division the election has created, adding that they will seek divine help to fix the country.

In both camps, there are people who will unnecessary troll you and emotionally blackmail you. As the Bible says, if you will suffer persecution, make sure it is not for your sins but for doing what is right. I am an Obidient and if Nairaland is rid of ethnic bigotry and sanitized as your new rules says, irrespective of who violated it, you have my 100% love, support and respect. There are many of us here that share this opinion.

Before election, we told you ANAP and Bantupage were telling you lies by only raising your hope that obi will win, but you kept on praising them because they were serving you lies you want to hear. Those of us who warned you otherwise became your enemies, but at the end of the day, reality caught up with lies, you could see how you ended up in 3rd position you rightly belong. 98% of what Soludo told obi came to pass, but you hated him and insulted him because you are always opposed to the truth.

Prof. Wole Soyinka told you plain truth, but instead of you to accept and make ammendment by humbling yourself, you are making irrelevant analogy and calling Mandela.. I beg wise up!
