Sequel to the flip flops of Twitter, the recent policies created by Elon Musk and the growing tech sector in Nigeria, I can't agree less with the views of this Twitter user in the link below.

Thinking about this, @Seun Osewa's Nairaland came to mind. If there is any tech entrepreneur that stands th best chance to build a social app to compete with Twitter in Nigeria today, it is @Seun. I need not give reasons.

However, does he know how much some of the type of hands he hires to moderate some of the forums kill his chances? Seun, if you are reading this, remove unprofessional and bigoted mods/employees from Nairaland and drop hiring such. If you intend to grow Nairaland to a global social platform or stand the chance to do something bigger, you need people that have the global mindset to support your vision.

The media is powerful, the beauty of it's power is it's bold stance for the truth, acting as the standard for social conscience. This power of course can be corrupted, but the real power then has been lost when it is corrupted to swerve to serve personal or partisan interests.

I was a victim of this propaganda. The new government is spending a hell of money to deceive the public. This is selling fast without a single sensitization from opposition parties. What is democracy without opposition ?

Sure, the student loan thing came like a blessing to many people. "Americana wonder of education don enter 9ja" even my friend, a Yoruba business man and though not able to read saw this as an adequate move to curb issues of school dropouts. I also had thesame vibe until i did my own research. Turned out, "student loan na Greek gift'. It will be made almost inaccessible to the common man and 90% of civil servants won't and will never have access to such luxury for their wards.

Aside being inaccessible to the poor and the middle class, this will increase school fees to about or more than 500K. Can you pay afford that for your ward, with your minimum wage?

Make we get sense abeg, all these "Tinubu dey try, Tinubu dey try, Gas money low, Water enter toilet, sheet nor smell again' all are paid propagandas to make you think the economy is working... I will keep this trend updated when I get to my office.

Nairaland is becoming stale and boring with people like LeoDeking, and the other Tinubu people derailing every front page with their spam of comments praising Tinubu. Even nairametrics is king at this moment.

If Seun fails to expell LeoDeking and his Tinubu stans from front page, he will totally loose Nairaland. For your notice, Nairaland daily views has dropped way below. Also, Nairaland users are not as many as you think as most account are not active because they were created by [--u know--] and subsequently suspended instead of being deleted.

Seun, it your call. You can sit down and let your Nairaland crumble or you can expel LeoDeKing and his Tinubu Stans from every front page.

Why do you pity Nigerians that fall prey to propaganda? It is true that politicians have weponized tribalism, religion, illiteracy and poverty so terribly, but I am shocked how the people's COMMON SENSE refused to work.

Propaganda has an expiration date - when the suffering becomes so bad that the lies cannot hold anymore, usually the victims are the gullible that refused to learn from history and get COMMON SENSE.
