1) His chakra was not always low as it goes now
2) His sharingan is responsible for draining his chakra since he's nt an uchiha he does not have the natural body to carry/withstand its force or so
3) His Sharingan is always on that's why he covers it to reduce to toll it places on him ( cos av seen the uchihas kinda switch it on or take it to another level when abt to do battle)

kambo: I ignored some assumptions in order not to complicate my explanation.
The cost of the machine you'll b using (laptop,desktop etc) i took 4 granted. A good laptop is around N150k. Which leaves lil left of a N200k budget.
I also assumed tht the tutor(in d institution) will save u time,if the learner goes the self taught route is top notch.
The assumption is necessary else my example bcomes senseless.
So if you find a top notch coder to teach you, you will certainly learn faster than if you are self taught.
Actually, the most important skill any top institution (M.I.T,harvard;etc ) impart into you/or should impart is an ability to initiate and direct and control your own educational destiny.
Not fill you up with a catalogue of knowledge and facts.
And in these regard theyve been very very successful judging by the number of projects their alumna hav initiated - too many to mention here.
Dropbox,google,facebook,Free software foundation, microsoft, etc all started by ivy league alumni. So these institutions must b doing a few things right.

judii: are you for real? So you think the op is innocent in all of these? I strongly believe this op never treated the wife well when she wasn't earning anything or there's a way he goes about things that's not right. This is the main set back in a marriage where the wife has more money than the guy. It seems you are a soft hearted person that is why your wife is taking advantage of you.

To overcome this problem, you need tobring out the man in you.

When next she does that, (take cord or insult you), intimidate her.shout at her.
REmind her that you are the husband.

Threaten to leave her if she tries it again.

Tell her if she can't share with you or respect you, you will leave her so she can watch it alone.

Tell her there are women out there who will gladly take her place and who will respect you.

If you don't do this, she will frustrate your life and reduce your lifespan. Be wise. She is not the first woman to have more than her husband so why shouldn't she respect you?

After shouting at her, form that you have vexed. Spend late nights outside, don't eat her food for a week. Spend most of your time away from home for a week. And don't smile for her.

She will be shocked to see this side of you. And she will think. How many men will want to marry a mother of 2

If she becomes nicer to you, pretend to still b annoyed. For a week then gradually start eating her food.

You need to let her know that you mean everthing you have said.

It will cost you $5/month but you can find a deal to pay *$3 or $5 for the first 3 months.
Note- The hosting platform is not really user friendly like cpanel but I don't think it's a problem.
