Yeah, he is a very smart person. You have to be smart yourself to know that. Many people think he is weak but he isn't, he's just being smart. I also think he is a natural psycologist.

yeah, Talk no jutsu is so sily that it shouldn't have a place in the ninja world at all. You cannot change a common criminal with words not to talk of a ninja. The jutsu shouldn't even work on normal ninjas. For you to be a ninja you must be hardened to some level. But alas talk no jutsu works on anybody no matter how emotionless you are.

My question is how do i create an administrator dat wil av 2 login wit username n password 2b able 2retrieve informations dat wer submitted 2d database?plz hlp me

Create a login script and a login table. then create a page where you'll select the data from the database. that is the page you'll get redirected to after you login.

Advanced: as a result of being hardcore, he now knows few
secrets and advanced techniques to create rare things and interactive programs or services.

Expert: needs no references and manuals after all. Can create anything without making a single error as a result of being advanced programmer for long time.[/b]

Insane: due to his expertise, he began to grow insane. He commits no mistake in programming and always create unique programs and most of the time creates new things. Most His works are never seen before.

1. When the raikage is using his Lightning armour. Do you see him or not? Isn't LIGHTNING CHAKRA covering his whole body?
2. When sasuke and killer bee cover their swords with LIGHTNING CHAKRA do you stop seeing the sword or not
3. When the 3rd raikage is doing his Super spear technique with LIGHTNING chakra does his hand not remain visible while it surrounded by the spear?

chakra is chakra and it is mostly transparent. Lightning is not. Raikage's body is mostly covered with chakra then secondarily with lightning, that's why you can still see him. If you watch the anime you'll see lightning moving across his body randomly.

Even tho kimco has a good point, I don't think chidori has a ball beneath.it's just lightnening charkra aroung you hand that turns your hand into a sword that can pierce thru anything. But I think I've seen something like a ball in the anime b4, I'm not too sure. To the guy that said lightening is transparent, HABA!!!!!

Considering their negative stance to Reasonable Freedom and Concept of sociality on campus, one would begin taking random imaginations on their independence especially the Strict Christian ones.
Worse is now asking for the Government's support knowing how problems between the latter and ASUU, NASU etc evolved over the past years and the issues of structural decay in public institutions and other misfits.
All i see is a mischeivous program trying to gain sympathy, public attention and waste of funds meant for the common man's child.

what's wrong with private universities coming together for some annual event? I thought values were meant to be emulated? All what we've ever done in Nigeria (the good stuffs this time around) as far as civilization is concerned was borrowed from somewhere. Going to school, new products and inventions, anything, everything name it! Going by your post, it will be considered sane for a white man somewhere to scold us for going to school because they started it first or because all what we learn in school are things they discovered. It will also be considered sane for mobile phone developing companies to keep churning out huge 1.5kg phones because a company somewhere in another country discovered how to make lightweight phones first. Your post reeks of hatred.
NB: i do not attend a private university!
