What we need is refundable visa fees policy, if you deny an applicant a visa, refund his/her money too. You will be surprised how much these embassies make from us on a daily basis from visa fees. As soon as we begin to clamor for visa fees refunds, we will see high increase on visa issuance from these embassies. It’s time we make other countries respect and take us serious!

@ house i went to the police headquarters abuja to get a police report and one policeman told me itz 20,000 naira. he even refused me entry inside.plz i need advise on what to do now. tnx

@dotman, thanks for your help. i got the list now. but should i send the police certificate to NVC now. can i get a police certificate from any police station or is there a designated police station to get it. i understand that medical report will be sent to the embassy during the interview.

The iv fee has been paid. and NVC requested civil documents from my friend and we checked they list of civil documents and saw police certificate there, someone said that the police certificate must be among the civil documents sent to NVC but we are confused because i heard that he will come to the interview with it.

Please we want to know the right thing to do. do we send the police certificate to them or exclude it from the list of civil documents we have now. Secondly, is it possible to scan these documents and email them to NVC? do they accept original? if yes how is he going to get them back? plz reply soon.

@laajman yes it works in abuja but not everywhere, well all i can say is that its cheap but not efficient. remember dont pay for the two ways plan it does not work at all. Secondly be prepared to visit your doctor regularly because the phone is like a hot frying pan when you are on calls. cheers.
