IT chapter 2....6/10
Genre:Thriller/Mystery

This was by no means a bad flick, it's just that it doesn't simply compare to the original. The best thing I really fancied about chapter 1, was the young casts performances, though am not saying the older ones were bad, as the likes of James McAvoy really made the movie worthwhile. Again, it’s not as compelling as the first chapter, the flick lacked a specific goal, it was just gallivanting all around the place, and for a three hours movie, it simply lacked an engaging narrative.
Finally, that last battle scene with Pennywise was a big letdown, just like the provibal Oliver Twist, i really expected more. For me, it wasn't really a satisfying conclusion to the story set up in the original flick.

I totally agree with you...I loved the first chapter so much. This second wasn't as orgasmic as the first.

Well, I'm no car expert but from the report it appears the current owner or one of the previous owners did not maintain this car wella. Anyway, you can leverage on the faults per this report and bargain lower than 400k (that's if you are ready to fix everything yourself). Also, try to get an idea of the amount to fix these faulty issues before you decide.
