Those few that walked out are said to be GDI members so not surprising that it's only pdp that noticed the walk out and no other person.
It's their right to do so so they shouldn't be judged.
The gathering was successful though as amaechi used the opportunity to announce no discrimination of fees between indigenes and non indigenes.
Good one.

Volksfuhrer:
You cannot blame her for a political system that wastes public funds and promotes underdevelopment.

The 70/30 budget dichotomy is a systemic problem, not hers. For instance, it is not her fault that legislators legislated a fat chunk of the recurrent expenditure for themselves. When you couple this with subsidies, too many government agencies and grotesque corruption, 70 percent of the budget is exhausted.

She suggested that subsidies be cut and a sovereign fund be set up, all to no avail. So there is little she could do for the infrastructural deficit given the above reasons.

As a 'world class' economist, I believe she should have resigned from a system that stifles economic development. But as a politician, she has every right to stick with Jonathan.
you just replicated my thoughts

It was German war propaganda expert, Josef Geobbels that says that "when a lie is repeated so often, it sounds or become the truth. You really believed that someone like Buhari stolen 2.8 billions in 1978?
Where did he hide it, under his pillow or some fictional bank of no name?
You think he had that sort of money and OBJ didn't use it against him when he was desperately looking for something?
When is he going to spend it? You have $3b according to your calculation but went and borrowed from a bank that has less worth assets to your money in order to build your residential home?
Those that stolen Nigeria dry, we can all see their farms that fed no one, their mansions at home and abroad, their eye catching pivate jets. Where is Buharis?
Did he threw his into the lagoon or will he spend it when he is dead or something?
A question 2.8 billions theorists never addressed.
But just for your consumption. By 1978 Midland bank total assets is not even near $3b for a single client to have lodged that with them.
By 1978 Midland bank was a local bank based in Birmingham for such a transaction. The bank struggled as a bank until it was taken over by the giants HSBC in 1999 and Midland bank seizes to exist. Stop ignorantly spreading falsehood, Buhari or any other person.
at the bolded read through my post again 2.8 billion NAIRA and not DOLLARS

. The basic human needs include food, cloth and shelther. I cant stop wondering why this ppl will always quick in pointin out how much our economy has grown and yet they fail to see the poverty level of the poor citizens. If truely they are so Sure of the good life in Nigeria den i think it'll make sense if only they can trade places with the ppl in places in Igangan,Ife-wara,aponmu,sekona etc and let us see how long they'll survive. Let the truth be told,NIGERIANS ARE SUFFERING!!! There are some basic things dat need to be addressed and until those things are be done den i fink we should stop all this propagander of a growth in a very sick and backword economy.
Did you bother with the context in which the statement was made. Knowing the amount of Luxury goods sold and bought in a country are some of the indices used to check the PPP of a country, get it? she is trying to point out the fact that the poverty level in Nigeria is reducing and i guess you not happy about it!..so what do you want to hearhuh?? that all Nigerians are POOR?? if that's your believe then i'm sorry to disappoint you, WE ARE NOT AS POOR AS YOU WANT TO THINK!!!!!

Politics › Female Footballer Courtney Dike Rejects $7,000 Bonus From Fg by dlox147(op): 1:13pm On Nov 05, 2014
It's not all ladies that are crazy about money; and this beautiful girl Courtney Dike is one of the very few exceptions. She is among the Super Falcons who made Nigeria proud by winning the just concluded 2014 FIFA Under 20 Women's World Cup which took place in Canada.

To the surprise of everyone, Ms Dike has rejected the $7,000 reward from Nigeria Football Federation for her role in the tournament. Other girls in the team have since collected their own cash.

But what is her reason for rejecting the money? Ms Dike said the honour of playing for her fatherland, Nigeria, is enough reward for her. Wow!

The 19-year-old, who is the younger sister of Super Eagles forward Bright Dike, represented the country at the competition where she scored the fastest goal in the tournament’s history.

NFF Head of Competition Sanusi Mohammed told Sports Radio, Brila FM, that the player rejected the outstanding allowances accrued to her for representing the country at the 10-day tournament.

Sanusi said, “When we called her mother to confirm the delivery of the allowances, she declined it and insisted that the opportunity of playing for Nigeria was all the reward the family needed.”

Dike’s elder brother, Bright, featured for Nigeria at the 2013 Confederations Cup in Brazil but missed the 2014 World Cup by a foot injury which side-lined him for four months.

Meanwhile, the head of the Nigeria Women League board Dilichukwu Onyedinma has said the player deserves a national award for her patriotic act.

The Women’s league boss told Football live, a programme on Brila FM, that what Dike did was worth emulating by other players in the country. And other ladies who can do anything just for money.

[b] . . . . . . . . .instead of wagging your tail between your legs and humbling yourself with silence, you still choose to joust with mehuh?? grin grin. . . . . . .now listen, the number of cars on Nigerian roads can in no way be used as a measure to ascertain the number of Nigerians that can afford cars, rather it's the per-capita income of Nigerians that can tell you how many can or cannot afford cars!!!! wink . . . . . . . . . .I know you are not so smart so let me trim it down for you, not every body with a car can afford a car, and not everybody without a car "can't" afford a car cool . . . . . . . . . .lesson 1: Mr. Okoro earns NGN20,000.00 a month, while Mr. Uche earns NGN150,000.00 a month, Mr. Okoro has a Toyota camry 2002 car which he bought for NGN600,000.00 after saving for 5 years, the maintenance cost of the car is NGN25,000.00 a month (including fuelling); Mr. Uche on the other does not have a car . . . . . . .the question to lesson 1: whom amongst the two can afford a carhuhhuh undecided . . . . . . . . . .which ever way you answer will tell you how STU.PID you are grin grin grin
