Exactly my point.. That 20 men came to toast you doesn't mean they like your eyelashes.. Even if I dey there too, I go follow join toast you, not because of your eyelashes but because of your toto wey you dey advertise with your eyelashes

The toasting may not necessarily mean you are attractive. More toasting from men could mean, they view you as one of the easy targets. Artificial extension on women for most men simply means "this one dey market"....

Please why can't USA sell cheap gas like russia? Why is Russia gas the cheapest everywhere

*Cost of production is high in America partly due to minimum wage and the quality of crude.

*Logistics and infrastructure. Russia's delivery is piped and so only requires opening and closing of valves, compared to shipping and storage at both delivery and receiving terminals.

Met my girl 2yrs ago and we apparently love each other but I’m worried due to some factors I noticed…..

She’s from a dysfunctional family (Mother is a single mom who left her home because her husband married another wife and Her Sister is currently in her third marriage with 3 kids from 3diff men).

She’s insisting on doing things we agreed she wouldn’t do, she was using leg chain when we met and she stopped it because I told her I don’t like it(I don’t like ashawo vibez like 2-3neckchains, leg chains and piercing) now she’s insisting on doing some of them which led to a great misunderstanding between us which we still trying to resolve.

And lastly we do have little quarrels a lot even tho most would be settled because we both have anger issues and sometimes get physical with each other because she will lash out and will try to want to stand up and fight you like a man and my mom really doesn’t like her because of her quarrelsome attitude and only support me because I love her……..we stayed this long because I never suspect or caught her guilty of infidelity(I go through her phone unaware and she never gave me a reason to suspect her) which is a trait I always wanted above others in a woman.

A SIMPLE ADVICE, "IF YOU MULTIPLY THIS CURRENT ATTITUDE TIMES 10, THAT'S HOW MUCH YOU WILL GET FROM HER WHEN SHE FINALLY BECOMES YOUR WIFE".
IF YOU STILL THINK YOU CAN TOLERATE OR LIVE WITH THAT, THEN GO AHEAD.

HOWEVER IF YOUR ELASTIC LIMIT IS NOT THAT STRETCHABLE, MOVE ON!

Life is beautiful only if you know how live in it...more wives or one wife and girlfriend(s)/sidechick(s) does not change the fact.
However, a lady carrying it on her head, will only lead to frustration, which will only make her bitter.

That bitterness may result to unnecessary hatred that may see her insulting and insinuating things that may not even exist.

What many women wish or fight for do not exist.

Then marry multiple wives. No one is stopping you men from marrying 100 wives. Marry 100 women that are interested in practicing polygamy with you. Don’t marry one woman and start pursuing 200L girls upandan. If they get pregnant you will tell them to abort it. That is not polygamy, that is a useless man in action. A subset many of you fall into.

Like I said, it is a reality you cannot wish away, neither will the anger or abuses.

The first step of dealing with a problem is accepting the existence of that problem.

Many women, have unknowingly created a problem for themselves with the concept of "cheating husband". Men are men everywhere and anywhere,.and the refusal to accept this reality is the reason for the bitterness in most women.

Any small thing, they will start telling the wife to take care of herself. How many of you Nigerian men look good? With your pot bellies like drum and nonexistent necks.

Suddenly prostitutes look and feel better than your virtuous wives ba? Yet we keep hearing talks of how high body count makes a woman look old, sexually unresponsive and unattractive.

I guess it all flies out through the window when y’all are ready to justify and defend your cheating ways.

Why not marry the lady with ashewo vibes? You claim men know the one to marry. Say you want peace of mind. You done marry peace of mind now, you come dey cheat on am with ashewo. Confused gender. undecided

The real issue with relationships, especially for women, is not accepting the reality: men are polygamous in nature.

While present day social orientation is fighting hard to change this reality, Nature will always win and the result will be conflicts, that will lead to failed relationships.

I feel your concerns and it is well understood but unfortunately it is not our reality! If divorce and separation would have solved the problem of cheating husband's, men would have stopped cheating a long time ago.

The painful Truth, is for us to accept our reality and seek a more accommodating approach to assist our spouses to stop or reduce the act.

America's strong influence in building military infrastructure around the world has some benefit. It manintains peace to some extent. Do you know that now is the most peaceful period in modern human history with all this small small war.
Imagine world where every country minds his own business. It'll take only one rogue nation to do very bad things. Nazi Germany rings a Bell? Why do you think Genghis Khan, The Huns and other empires ruled over vast land, because no one can touch them. Imagine a world where China is not contained or Russia is allowed to do what it wants. The Western led coalition is still the best in leading world order. China and Russis won't even commit to targets to reduce carbon emmission. You don't certainly want to try a world where Islam leads the world order. Imagine if Al Qaeda is the most powerful entity in the world.

Before you conclude, based on recent history can you justify your stand?
Which country have been most assertive?
With all the crisis going on in the world, who would be the biggest gainer?
Consider the big three and their respective interest and the picture will be clearer....

Properties / Re: Having Issues With My Landlady, I Need Your Honest Advise by dlox147(m): 4:36pm On Dec 15, 2021
Part of what a tenant is entitled to is access to basic amenities like water and electricity.
As long as you are not owing her any rent or did not agree on a certain fee for access to water monthly/weekly or daily, then you are well wetin your rights as long as you have always had access to that well since you moved in.
Secondly, you mentioned in a comment that you recorded the chaos, then you have a valid case of self defense.
You should also get a doctor report on the injury you sustained at the back of your head as a the trigger that necessitated your defence.
Again no court will believe you intentionally fought a whole family.
Again, try and engage them further and make sure you record your conversations with them whilst stating the facts with them.

You have a good case if you can get a good lawyer.
NCE1:
I'm currently having issues in the place I stay, I am a student that rented an apartment close to school, and ever since this landlady and her children have been a thorn in my flesh and even other neighbors.

Let me narrate what happened.
I'm not a perfect grammar person and please read to the end.

In the place I stay, there's a well we fetch water from, so last week Sunday the well was locked up, which was very unusual... It was locked up from morning till night, nobody in the compound could access water.. I couldn't cook nor bath, so in the evening I decided to go ask the landlady why the well was locked and ask for the key so I can get water.

On getting to the landlady's place, I greeted her and asked calmly why the well was locked up, before I knew what was happening her son came out and told me to get out of there... I was very shocked and surprised, that I came to ask for the key to the well and he just tells me to walk out like that.

I told him I'm here to ask why the well was locked and collect the key, and that I cannot just walk out like that.

Before I knew what was happening, the boy started getting aggressive and he was threatening that he would kill me and was making all sort of threats, before I knew it... He attacked me, both the mom and the son with their last daughter.

They pushed me to the wall, which I sustained an injury at the back of my hand, the landlady was trying to get me naked by pulling the short I was wearing... I wore this short because I wanted to collect the key, fetch water and take my bathe.

So as she was trying to pull down my shorts and get me naked, I had to bite her a little so she could release her hand from my shorts.

The neighbors gathered because of the noise and saw the three of them against me.
Then I left there and went and open the well which they padlocked, then they came down and insisted that nobody would use the well.

It was then that someone told me the reason why they locked the well was because the son of the landlady had an issue with someone early in the morning while the both of them were fetching water and he locked up the well to deal with the person... Thus causing inconveniences for the remaining tenants.

The next day they(landlady and her son) went to the police to report the matter.

And they lied to the police that they locked up the well because the tenants were polluting the well.
Then they reported that I came to their house to attack them and I bite her.

Then the police came and took me and the neighbor that had disagreement with the son that resulted in them locking up the well.

We left the police station that same day and we went back in two days time for interview..
At the interview the police asked us to settle the matter amicably, but they proposed that they want to go to court and if we don't want to go to the court, that we'll have to pay the sum of 50k.

The 50k is for the money she used to treat herself, which is a lie. One of the neighbor in the compound overheard her making arrangements with a pharmacist to manipulate the bill of drugs she got.

And aside that, up till now they have refused to open the well for the whole compound to use, but they themselves are still using it, despite claiming that it was polluted.

Now my Daddy had to call her and beg and he told her to calm down that he would pay her 15k but she refused, that it's the 50k or we go to court.

Now my question is.

Was I wrong in the first place for going to ask of the key to the well that was locked up without proper information of why it was locked, and this well is the well we've been using since we packed in?

The second question is, if we go to the court now, what are the penalties I would have to face if I was wrong?

And finally, is it right for a Landlady to lock up the well that everyone uses because of an issue with one of the tenants?

This place is in Enugu State.
Thank you as make you various wise inputs.

That's of their church doctrines and individual preferences. All of that has nothing to do with scripture or God. undecided

I am guessing you are a Protestant/"Pentecostal"if yes, then it is safe to assume that you have books written by your GO/Pastor/Evangelist etc that serves as a guide to daily/monthly/yearly/seasonal prayers, oftentimes these books a loaded with personal beliefs of the writer and you may have treated these materials as Christian materials.
I won't also be shocked to find stickers of various inscriptions proclaiming different prayers that you may have also bought with the believe that it can add value to your spiritual life.
If the above is correct then can the above be characterized as Christian practices?
However the Rosary is a guide to a series of prayers, which is a collection of different Bible quotations including a recital of the only prayer the Lord Jesus Christ taught his disciples, same way you church may have arranged a series of prayer that come in succession too.
Try not condemn what you know little of.

1) I am not missing anything or using emotions kobo, no where does it say traditional marriage is an automatic polygamy or adultery, you are using assumptions as points for your arguments

2) Don't take me and others back to our medieval times or my great grand mother or ancestors cos believe it or not, everyone of them were not polygamous, my great grand father was not polygamous, his wife died and he never married again, he took care of his kids alone, he is my example, and I'm sure there are cases like his' too, why wasn't he polygamous since you and Op assumes so?

3) Come back to earth, as in our time, this generation, marrying under traditional laws is not an automatic anything, no one is agreeing to any automatic deal of anything.

In the Nigerian law, you are allowed by law to marry as much wives as you can accommodate, but that is as long as you are married traditionally.
However, those rights are automatically forfeited the moment you are married in either a Church or Registry.
I hope you know that Customary courts exist?
And in customary courts, cases are judged based on the traditional and cultural heritage of the parties involved.

Nigeria Architect, Ibechile Christopher Egwudale Commence Fabrication Of Metals Into Machineries

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQc3EXFFveQ

Architect Ibechile Christopher Egwudale, the Chief Executive Officer of Mi-Kwenojo Nigeria Limited, shares his experience, challenges and prospects in the fabrication of metals for the manufacturing of different types of machineries, needed to support the operational excellence of his company, and has now commenced commercial sales to potential buyers and users in Nigeria and across Africa.

According to Architect Ibechile Egwudale, his organization commenced the fabrication of machines as a result of the subsisting need, and the heavy cost of importing machines from overseas. He also stated that MI-Kwenojo Nigeria Limited started machine fabrication 5years ago to meet the requirements of the company as they were unable to access loan facilities for continuous importation of machines for their use.

Presently, Architect Ibechile Egwudale through his company, MI-Kwenojo Nigeria Limited is converting metals to different usage which includes the manufacturing of Sabdcrete Mixer, Hydraform Interlock Brick making Machine, Multi Purpose block Making Machine, Laterite Pulverizer, Dune Buggy or Go Kart, Earth Compacting Machine and protective metal gates.

All of these machines are now available for commercial sales, as Mi-Kwenojo is presently in massive manufacturing of quality machineries for interested Nigerians and agencies. From our reviews, the machines manufactured by Mi-Kwenojo Nigeria Limited are of good quality and are said to be durable.

It will be encouraging if government, leaders and investors consider supporting the innovations of Mi-Kwenojo Nigeria Limited, as it will support economic development, through employment, human capital integration, reduced capital flight and also in areas of empowerment of youths.
