Gone ae d days UI used 2 b strict oo..UI is now very fair with dia admission..No more calculatin O level result for student b4 dey can do Post UMe..Things has just changed since d last 2 yrs..I could remember last yr when It was written on the website that anybody dat scored d mark of 50% and above can print his/her admission letter,Is dat no fair enuf

The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics(ASUP) has resumed its previously suspended strike on 4th of oct. 2013.The strike was suspended based on the agreement between the FG to resume the strike after 2weeks of no response..Its so sad that ASUU strike is the only news I read on front page evryday.Has the federal goverment forgot the ASUP? And the polytechnics student?

Academics aspect apart my man,I just cite that one as an example.If we leave that aspect and go to the football aspect..Lionel messi and c ronaldo are well ranked players,Imagine lionell didnt go to any training of football,do you think he can become what he became 2day..
My point is just that all are born with one talent or the other we must work toward acheiving our goalz..No one is born a genius becos God is the only genuis

Great work!..Almost all contenstant got me confused that I kept my head nodding when reading all Essays.
To also participate in dis, I oppose the motion that says"genuises are born not made".Evryone is born 2 be a genuis.A genius in one profession can be a flop in another.One can only become a genius if he/she works towards becoming a genius in a particular profession.Back then in my jss class no one has ever had a bad result like I do(Imagine 9 woefull in 12 subject),But when I work towards becoming a better person(I now make 6As' out of 7)..I wasnt born with it buh I made mysef.
