I guess the questions will be based on algorithms and core CS subjects like Data Structures, etc, based on the sample questions.

Read about the compsny's mission, vision and values. Know it off hand and also the board of directors and management team, most importantly the chairman and ceo. Know the address of the headquarter. The year it received it national licence. Dont start with maths after the general knowledge. Start with english. The maths is normal mathematics but calculator is not allowed. I passed their test and interview in abuja. Yet to hear from them. If you follow what i told u , u wont fail. Know the company's color. Know that it is the only non interest bank in nigeria. I strongly believe that you should keep applying for jobs and preparing for any assessment that might come your way as your qualification is a combination of two strong courses: Agric and Economics. Plus while you are doing that you can pursue your ICAN/ACCA or start a M.Sc in an Economics related field.

So I am out of this race yeah... but for the first stage:

Simply study your CV well cauz you are going to be asked questions based on your qualifications in there.

Know about the role... you dont want to be looking like boiled groundnut when questions are being asked about this .

Third and most important: Pray real hard and be persuasive while talking to the interviewers.

For Instance, I am aware some people are writing on the November 23rd. Is it possible that by next year they could write this same graduate trainee exam again in several batches?

Honestly I have forgotten about it to be candid.

It is just as a successful candidate in the logical reasoning test, I would have really appreciated if AB in Bev said: okay we will not progressing you to the next stage because of XYZ reasons instead of keeping me in the dark and staying totally silent after sending a success mail. You know?

Anyways, it is what it is though.

The whole GMT process is still a puzzle to me on how they went about it an all; but I guess that is the way the MGT of the company wanted to handle the programme in Nigeria.

So how does this work? Do they now say okay for those that were sent success messages after the logical test:we are now moving you to the graduate trainee/ Technical trainee programme? or what actually?

It is quite confusing to be candid.
