Looks like folliculities. If it is then get dettol, put a little quantity in a bowl then dilute well with water then apply daily. Avoid wearing anything wet and always keep the area dry.
Finally go to reputable skin doctor. Not the hospital but to a skin doctor, to really confirm what this is. You don't want to delay, it might be something else. |

Islam › Re: The Distraction Of Phones In The House Of Allah by dmaze: 7:28pm On May 02, 2025 |
Jazakumullah Khairan Brother Lukgaf. Lukgaf: This week, I want us to reflect on how deeply obsessed we have become with our phones—even to the point of bringing them into the mosque. This obsession has reached a level where it distracts us during acts of worship, diminishing the sanctity of our relationship with Allah.
Imagine this: In front of a parent, teacher, or elder, we dare not press our phones, knowing it is a sign of disrespect. Similarly, no one would check their emails or scroll through social media while standing before a judge in court. Yet, we find it acceptable to do this in the house of Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. Where is the fear and reverence due to Allah?
It is now common to see people, right after the Tasleem (concluding the prayer), immediately take out their phones to check WhatsApp messages or emails instead of engaging in Adhkar (remembrance of Allah). Worse still, during the Friday Khutbah, a sacred moment when we are commanded to be silent and attentive, many are distracted by their devices.
This behavior contradicts the essence of Ihsaan, as described by the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Ihsaan is to worship Allah as though you see Him, for even though you do not see Him, He sees you."
(Reported in Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim)
The question is: if we truly reflect on the fact that Allah sees us, would we still dare to disrespect Him in His house by prioritizing our phones over our devotion?
HOW CAN WE CURB THIS HABIT?
1. Leave Your Phone at Home or in the Car: If your phone is not absolutely necessary, avoid taking it into the mosque. This will eliminate the temptation to check it.
2. Switch Off Data or Put the Phone in Airplane Mode: If you need your phone for emergencies or for Quran apps, turn off notifications to avoid distractions.
3. Fear Allah’s Watchfulness: Remember that Allah sees us and knows what is in our hearts. Reflect on the reverence and focus required during worship.
4. Reflect on the Rewards We Are Missing: By neglecting Adhkar and not listening attentively to the Khutbah, we are missing out on immense rewards and blessings.
5. Remind Ourselves of the Disrespect: Think about how inappropriate it is to prioritize a device over Allah, the Creator of all things.
Let us strive to regain the focus and humility required in the house of Allah. The mosque is a place for worship, reflection, and submission—not a space for worldly distractions. May Allah guide us to worship Him with sincerity and devotion. |

Botragelad: This is the real face of Islam, and some people reckon we should all just keep shut and not slag it off or call them out. Now this is the same brutal practice in Islam that guy was always criticizing about before he got assassinated hours ago.
Any sane person would steer clear of anything that tells you to stop your own daughter just for not toeing the line with some random piece of paper. This should be classed as a mental health issue, and anyone who subscribes to this extremist malarkey should be locked up or better still given the death sentence, sharpish.
Get rid of this rubbish from your society before it becomes a headache! Christians, Idol Worshippers, Buddhists commit very terrible and heinous crimes every.single.day YET you never hear about anyone calling out the faith rather they focus on the person or persons that commit the crime. Islam can never be corrupted or defeated because a couple of people who happen to be Muslims committed terrible crimes. Face the people who committed the crimes NOT the religion of Islam (which has been perfected by God Almighty). Think critically, if Islam was so terrible as you state why are people even priest who have been in the faith for years reverting to Islam? If the religion was really the problem. You see, Islam is not the problem. People are. Because inherently, People have wickedness in their heart. Don't allow the HATRED you have in your heart for ISLAM lead you to say extremely hateful things toward Islam. Look and think critically about all that has been said. |

Islam › Re: The Fasting Of The 9th And 10th Days Of Muharram (tasu'ah & Aasuroh) by dmaze: 3:10pm On Jul 12, 2024 |
Jazakumullah Khairan Bro Lukgaf for sharing this message. May Almighty Allah SWT make us among those who would be able to observe this, aameen🙏🏾. Lukgaf: On this blessed day of July 12, 2024, we are fortunate to witness the 6th day of Muharram, 1446AH. According to the NSCIA's calculations, the upcoming Monday and Tuesday mark the auspicious days of Tasu'a (9th) and Ashura' (10th) of Muharram, respectively. Fasting and good deeds on these days hold immense spiritual benefits.
Let us emphasize the significance of fasting on Ashura', the 10th of Muharram. Our beloved Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Fasting on Ashura' is of great merit and expiates the sins of the previous year" (Muslim). Additionally, fasting on the 9th of Muharram is highly recommended, following the Sunnah and distinguishing us from the Jewish community (At-Tirmidhi).
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) fasted on Ashura' in solidarity with Prophet Musa (peace be upon him) and encouraged his Companions to do the same. Before his passing, he recommended fasting on both the 9th and 10th of Muharram. Thus, it is our Sunnah to observe both days.
Sheikh Sayyed Sabiq emphasized the significance of Muharram, stating that the best fasting after Ramadan is in this blessed month (Fiqh As-Sunnah). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) clarified that fasting on Ashura' is voluntary, with no compulsion.
Muslim scholars have outlined three levels of fasting on Ashura':
1. Fasting for three days: 9th, 10th, and 11th of Muharram (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this year). 2. Fasting on the 9th and 10th of Muharram (Monday and Tuesday this year). 3. Fasting solely on the 10th of Muharram (Tuesday this year).
May Allah make it easy for us to fast these blessed days. Let us strive to observe this noble tradition and encourage others to do the same. Together, may we seek Allah's mercy and blessings during this sacred time.
Please remind others to partake in these special fasts, and may Allah shower His grace upon all of us. |
Islam › Re: Can We Cover Our Head In Hajj? by dmaze: 11:44am On Jun 21, 2024 |
Jazakumullah Khairan Bro Lukgaf May Almighty Allah SWT continue to accept our efforts, ameen. Lukgaf: There has been controversy online regarding a Yoruba king who went for Hajj, with a trending picture showing his head uncovered. Some people consider this a taboo in Yoruba culture and have started criticizing the revered king.
What is the ruling of Islam on this?
Firstly, it should be noted that a man performing Hajj or Umrah is not permitted to cover his head. This rule applies to men because women are required to wear their usual hijab (without covering their faces) while performing Hajj or Umrah.
If a male pilgrim covers his head during Hajj or Umrah with something that directly touches his head, such as a turban or the like, then he must make fidyah (expiation).
Therefore, a pilgrim can protect himself from the sun with an umbrella or a piece of cloth, as long as it does not directly touch his head. If he needs to wear a hat or a turban, he must choose one of three kinds of ransom: either to slaughter a sheep, fast for three days, or feed six needy people.
Allah Almighty says, {And do not shave your heads until the offering reaches its lawful destination. So whoever of you is sick or is hurt in his head, then (make) a ransom by fast or donation, or ritual (sacrifice).} (Al-Baqarah 2:196)
This verse addresses those who shave while in ihram. Muslim jurists also apply it to those who cover their heads, clip their nails, use perfumes, or wear sewn clothes during ihram, agreeing that expiation is obligatory in these cases.
Thus, expiation is required for any of the restrictions of ihram. The person must choose one of three options: slaughtering a sheep, fasting for three days, or feeding six needy people.
That being said, what's so special about a king (a creature like us) uncovering his head sincerely to worship his Creator (Allah)? What's the big deal? Is there an automatic paradise for him? Do their barbers not see their heads or their wives when in za oza room? Such concerns are unfounded.
According to Shaykh Sharoff, a discussion like this is merely a "Yoruba level" argument and should not surprise anyone. Irọ́ lásán |

This would help to a great extent but you have to be patient and very consistent.
USE TUMERIC, NOT THE RAW, THE BLENDED FORM.
You can go to the market and tell those selling to help you grind it. Tumeric is very powerful and it has cured so many skin conditions like this in the past.
It is a great alternative because it is natural and does not contain steroids like these other fungal creams which can be very harmful to the skin in the long run. Plus, it is VERY natural and in powdery form when blended.
Try this out, it has helped me tremendously.
Second, you can also try NIZORAL SHAMPOO. It is EXTREMELY GOOD for this kind of skin situation. |

You need to sit with them urgently at the same time. Don't talk to your mum separately and dont talk to your dad separately, as there would definitely be biase and wrong judgement from you, if you do so. Ask them both what the issue is, then ask mum why she is always upset at dad. Emphasize to her RESPECTFULLY that the way she talks to him bothers you so much you can concentrate and think about anything else except --- their fighting all the time. You have to be CAUTIOUS with your words and be highly respectful to both mum and dad. aidameoryou: Your suggestions are genuinely needed 🙏
Hi my people good day, I have been having a thorough thought all in my mind and have been boiling inside of me on what next step to take.
Over the years, I have seen my mum really been hostile to my dad and it's getting out of hand for me to bear. I am the first son of some siblings and in my mid 20s. I live apart from my parents in another state and one of my junior sibling who went home for a little break from school was complaining bitterly about how my mum attitude towards my dad is getting out of hand.
My father has to be the most responsible, respectable, reasonable man I ever know, he doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, doesn't womanizer. He has been the sole breadwinner in the family from when we were small up till this time. His work isn't moving very well as it used to back then and as such he cannot cater very well like he's used to and even though at that, he's been trying his best.... My mum just doesn't appreciate him enough and I've seen this a million times.
My next line of action is to call my mum and give her a serious scolding because she hasn't been warned sternly about this by any of my siblings before. This is getting out of hand and I cannot bear it anymore, please what do you all suggest I could do in this situation |
