The honest truth is that there's nothing ECOWAS, UN or ICC can do. The only way to make Buhari listen is by refusing to loan Nigeria any money and raining sanctions on the country including banning government officials from traveling. Buhari has nothing to lose really, he's not up for reelection and the man is content with his cows so the rest na just icing on cake.

What you need to understand is that the UN or ICC will not do anything to Nigeria as long as their interest is protected, for ECOWAS that one is nothing to worry about because it is in Nigeria's pocket
