Also, annovulation and cyle irregularities are some features of menarch. Cycles may not become regular though.
As far as you are ovulating, cycle iregularities aint any big deal.

Some females dont have stable M.cycle of 28days.
And it is not known to be associated with any disorder.
Calculating ur ovulation period should be based on the first day of flow.
If ur cycle is 30days, ovulatn is expected on d 15th day after ist flow (fertile period is plus/minus 2 days of ovulation)...

It may be cheaper/more expensive in some clinics.

Your Question isnt outa point.
A woman has safe and unsafe (ovulation) periods. Unsafe in the sense that if she has unprotected sex during this period, she might get pregnant.
So inorder words, u are asking when is the unsafe (ovulation) period of a woman.
UNSAFE PERIOD= plus or minus 14 days from the start of menstraution.
For example, if your woman starts her menses on the ist of august, her ovulation (unsafe) period should be on the 12th, 13th, 14TH, 15th and 16th.
Remember, start counting from the time menses starts, not when it ends.

I have witnessed a similiar occurance like this.
A patient died at night in a government hospital, <name withheld>. As usual, the hospital assistants moved the corpse to the mortuary, whose workers had gone home <cos they dont work at night>.
Suprisingly at mane, the whole head of the corpse had been cut off by unknown and unseen persons.
Although some arrests were made then by the police, but it was deduced at the long run that the hospital policy should be modified (allowing patients who died at night to remain in the wards until mane.,), and security should be increased(cos the hospital old security men or rather uniform men only sleep at night forgeting their duty).
Although i dont realy know what exactly happened in Ole's case, buh i think the "umbrella word" to use as the cause of this is POOR HOSPITAL POLICY.
Again, the arrest of MD of the hospital is xo normal, it doesnt necessarily mean that he was involved.
