I didn't really like him at first but events have made him my hero.
I've tried to argue successfully against his ideology within myself and I have failed woefully. The only people who close their eyes against the unassailable facts he propagates are those reaping from rot called nigeria like vultures. |

Olabestonic001: That Time Machine was what Awo probably had that made him kicked against a Singular Nigeria. He was agitating for a Nigeria that is Plural in nature. But by 1967, he knew he had to chose between secession and protecting his people (who were recovering from 'Wetie'). The truth is; it was foolish for Ojukwu to think a region with very little weapons in her arsenal will seek to ropp herself in a bloody war. Its even foolish till date that some people tot its justifiable for Biafran army to encroach Yoruba land but its not justifiable for Yoruba's to defend her land! Honestly, Awo was simply protecting his people and Ojukwu was 'exposing' his (forgive him, he was such young and inexperience. He thought sheer brute and show of power wins war while Awo was warning him of a likely consequence). Honestly, its better to forget the war and move on otherwise, by emotions we'll always blame Awo whereas by logic, Zik planted it while Ojukwu reaped it. But you support the launching of military warheads in yorubaland (lagos) to kill Biafra Women and Children before Ore? So Ojukwu should have folded his arms and continue to allow bombs and mortars come in from yorubaland to kill his people unchallenged. The Biafran march to lagos was legitimate, it may have failed but it remains legitimate. |

Amarabae: oga, we must save ourself first before trying to save those who don't want our help. You can't force refrendum on people who never asked for one. Its not logical. I believe in mutual relationship. Igbos have done a lot for the minorities, what have they done for us. Support a homogenous Igbo country if you want Nigeria to break. Did Kanu say he was going to put a gun on the head of minorites and force a referendum on them like nigeria is currently doing to everyone in order preserve this shithole? Why must unity be by force? |

Fx55: Nne you see your life? You'll soon be making new friends from the ritual enclave. Some of them are already giving you the big ups and wanking themselves to ecstasy.
Back to your comments... I think it is wrong for you to unilaterally make a blanket statement suggesting that the South-South 'minorities' aren't interested in Biafra. You have absolutely no right to speak for them. Isn't that a contradiction of the freedom of choice you were parroting in your write-up? Allow them to make their own choices. When the time for a referendum comes, THEY and THEY alone will decide whether they want in or out.
Secondly, there's absolutely nothing wrong with peaceful protests. It is a legitimate means of voicing out group opinions the world over. If the Nigerian security forces decide to massacre unarmed protesters for daring to voice out their opinions, their day of reckoning will surely come and we'll all be alive to witness it. Asking people not to protest because some hateful Awusa-Fulani soldier might shoot at them means you're silently emboldening tyranny and that is unacceptable.
Always remember that power is transient and comes from God alone. I hope I've made my points clear to you.
Word of advice : Only a foolish person will join forces with strangers to throw stones into his father's compound.

owobokiri: If this very car company doesn't finish all of una, una no go call for a ban... There are many car companies in Nigeria but this very one recruits ijiots on steroids as drivers. We have "God is Good" that is even bigger but with better safety standards and so less accidents. How many accidents involving Peace at the last count? BAN THIS VERY COMPANY NOW! Good one there, I've been echoing the same line of reasoning for years. Their drivers are worst set of humans you can interact with, they don't even replace their ricketty buses. PEACE MASS HAVE PROBABLY KILLED MORE PEOPLE THAN BOKO HARAM IF WE TAKE A HARD LOOK AT THEIR HISTORY.SINCE THEY COMMENCED OPERATION. These are no longer 'accidents'. They are not the only transport company why are 'accidents' prevalent with them. FRSC should have them banned. |

Why can't peace mass learn from God is Good, why must they keep killing people with their indian-hemp smoking drivers and lack of organization and regulation.
Why can't the Federal road safety drag them to court, ban the company from loading passengers using their long history of ALWAYS fatal accidents as unassailable evidence.
Their buses are moving coffins! I dumped them 7 years ago after they almost cost me my life. |

olayinkajnr: All GIG buses have speed limiter and 110km/hr is the speed limit for all GIG buses. If they run faster than that, the captain of the bus will be debited and also, the guest will be alerted via a beeping sound in the bus letting them know that the captain is overspending. This is just one of the exigencies that we can't avoid. Shit happens #TrueTalk. GiG remains the best. Courteous captains and organized company. Risks will always exist but using other transport companies puts you at greater risk. We seriously need a GiG park at Nnewi. I'm no longer comfortable traveling to Awka or Asaba to board GiG and you won't catch me dead in a Guo, Peace or Okeyson bus. #Though GUO is stepping up due to competition but they still have a long way to go in my books. |

Thanks to God cos God is good, all the time Same here, I travel with GiG becauae unlike other buses like Guo and Okeyson which are usually driven by touts and Indian hemp smokers, GiG employ cool-headed people (some of them graduates) as drivers (Captains). Buses are all airconditioned. They have speed-limiters and patrol teams. Their report call line is always active and they sanction erring drivers. I forced all my family members to travel with them, if they must travel by land. This is the first time I'm seeing them involved in an accident. Hope their management will get to the root of this case and ensure it doesn't happen again. Thank God no life was lost. |

Just get it into your mind igbo is ipob and ipob is igbo disregard those claiming to love real igbos and hate ipob they are real igbo haters hiding under hating ipob they only love sabotuers who are not upto 0.5% of igbos. You have a point, those who claim to "hate IPOB and love Igbos" are deceiving themselves, they are time-tested rabid Igbo-haters and their pre-Ipob post history proved it when I did a check. Unfortunately IPOB don't seem to be daunted by their hate campaign. If you hate me, I'll hate you more; If you love me, I'll love you more.~ Nnamdi Kanu. |

IPOB is not MASSOB that gives ultimatum. All the promises IPOB have made they've carried. Obiano, Ifeanyi Uba and Anambra APC should be very wary. This is not the best time hold sycophant pro-Buhari rally anywhere in the East, Buhari is not popular in the SE/SS. It's like rubbing salt to wound. It will lead to bloodshed and you'll have yourself to blame for not heeding IPOB's advice.
Like it or hate it, IPOB controls information in the East with. Radio Biafra. More people listen to Radio Biafra than read your Authority newspaper, The nation and The Sun paper. Ignore IPOB at your own peril. |
