Much as anyone hates it,INEC doesn't have the authority to refuse Okorocha his certificate of return.
This is the rubbish Jega bequeathed to Yakubu and the incompetent successor could not use his brain to know such a situation would arise and vigorously fight to have that section expunged from the electoral act.
The law is explicit and the armed robbers that drafted it and the 2 INEC chairmen that have embraced it,are to blame:that once a returning officer declares a result,even under gunpoint,only the courts can overturn it.
Only in a jungle with mad people can such a law be drafted!

In 2019 INEC under a certain Yakubu conducted the worst elections Nigeria has ever had since independence, rivalled only by that conducted by Maurice Iwu,a good 12 years ago.
Invariably INEC has taken Nigeria several years backwards than going forwards

How can a Kanu that was surrounded by the army,get a passport to travel and resurface in Israel after many months.It's obvious the government gave him a passport and helped him abroad to further their Buhari reelection plans.

Kwankwaso is only good for eating into Buhari's electoral stronghold.
He is as extremist and nepotistic as Buhari and has open sympathy for herdsmen,just like Buhari.
Atiku is a far better candidate than him.
Atiku is as liberal,and intellectually sound as the late YarAdua.
He beats Kwankwaso hands down,except for the fanatical support Kwankwaso and the dullard have in Kano.

Is it not a fact that Fulani herdsmen murdered Benue indigenes.
If Buhari decides to side with murderous herdsmen, the opposition has every right to use it as a campaign tool.

Snapshots of the program would have helped though no sane person is in any doubt again that Mr Buhari is mentally incapacitated arising from senile dementia.

Buhari can only win if he massively rigs the elections and the crisis that would throw up would threaten the whole existence of Nigeria.
SS and SE are fully for Atiku.
Atiku would also win the Middle Belt maybe with a smaller margin.
Kano that was APC's joker has been massively eroded by Kwankwaso rooting for Atiku,so maybe 50:50.
Lagos may also go Atiku's way or at worse 50:50 because of the Agberos that would be coerced to vote APC.
The North West in a free fair election would be even with Buhari winning in the NorthEast but with smaller margin than the tsunami he had against GEJ.
So how can Buhari defeat Atiku in any free fair election?It's impossible.

The high court is headed by a Northern Muslim,Appeal court by a Fulani Muslim relation of Buhari and now the supreme court by another Northern Fulani Muslim.
When he was making all these parochial appointments up and down people kept quiet,instead of protesting loudly and publicly.
Now you can't contest his fake WAEC certificate,elections or this in court and hope to get a honest judicial verdict.
