Let me also add to the comments above, don't choose any of the 2 courses if ur aim is to be very rich (engineering is there 4 u) medicine/other health Sciences only pay enough to be comfortable especially in Nigeria and as far as prospects is concerned though medicine is majorly restricted to d health sector d areas of specialization are wide and financially rewarding

fatwallet: Yoruba people are inferior darksin tribe with no resources. one thing that annoys me is the fact that darkskin yorubas enjoy humiliating the superior fair skin Igbos on this forum. the Igbos are mostly fair skin.My background is Calabar efik,I am fair skin and i'm not a fan of dirty darkies like Yorubas. I support the Igbos.
Is it a crime to seek separation from darkskin yorubas?
the Nigerian stock exchange should be moved to abuja as well as all International Flights, the white Oil companies should be moved to akwaibom with a seaport. Lagos is a mega slum.
theres no Justice in a failed state like Nigeria except Jungle Justice.
This post is the 2nd most meaningless thing I've read on Nairaland since I joined this forum
PoliticsRe: Jonathan's 2nd Term Will Steer Nigeria's Break-Up - Primate Ayodele by docsholz(m): 3:33pm On Nov 26, 2013
I just can't wait 4 this piece of shit country to disintegrate, any yoruba man against division can relocate to d Atlantic Ocean after it happens, and for the poster that earlier said Sw will be worse than Somalia if lagos is excluded, we'll never know until we're on our own

1. hw much does she get mnthly,
2. hw muc ws she givn fr hr school fees- hw much z d scholarship in a whole
> cos 100 stdnts ar needed fr 98,000,000million naira meanin each studnt suld get abt 1million per year!
3. is der any oda interview after d exam we wrote
> as fr me, i didnt knw of any cheat wen i wrote mine since i wrote mine d secnd day i wd shrtlistd nd i had 86% by His grace; my CGPA is commensurate enof! (a stdnt of OAU) i only pray i wd b piked.
I saw this post and I just couldn't ignore it
1. in one of ur posts earlier u said you scored 66% and now suddenly you're now saying 86% wat gives?

2. The 98 million you're calling is d amount they spent over a period of 7 years for about 1400 students, so your 1 million per student calculation is wrong

P.S: Briggs don't bother about d list you're compiling, the test is already severely compromised I won't be surprised if the entire thing is cancelled i.e if the organisers find out

PoliticsRe: Swiss Oil Fraud: Jonathan Orders Investigations, Query’s Dieziani by docsholz(m): 7:05pm On Nov 11, 2013
Sincere 9gerian: The President in Jan 2012 wanted to cut-off the head of corruption and remove ALL forms of corruption in the fuel subsidy scheme by completely removing the subsidy but what did we see? Children of anger, Tinubu dogs and vultures trooped to the streets in protests.

Now the propagandists are out again to deceive themselves with claims of corruption in fuel subsidy scheme. Fuel subsidy was not started in 2009. It had existed for decades before GEJ came to power. How come we dont seem to find reports detailing the fraud that took place in the past?

More over, if there is no subsidy scheme, will there be subsidy money to steal? Why complain of lizards gathering around you when you keep fetching ant-infested firewood?

Ghana has removed fuel subsidy completely, I wonder what Nigeria is waiting for? There was no protest when Ghana did the needful. When it suits the ethnic champions, they'll use Ghana as example but when it doesn't, they'll look the other way. In Nigeria, ethnic champions, power mongers and those who have sworn to make the country ungovernable would take to streets to protest any change in fuel price. The price of Garri, rice, etc and LASU schools fees can double or triple but fuel price must remain the same in Nigeria. The Ijaw "fisherman" in Aso Rock must use all powers, physical and spiritual, including if necessary, 50% of national budget, to keep the fuel price CONSTANT, from year to year. Otherwise, agents of anarchy and Boko Haram will make the whole country ungovernble. Yeye dey smell.
For ur small mind now you've made sense, all ur ranting above now justifies corruption.

samisparkle94: no big deal at all.....bt y did you apply?its a question ooooo,I don't expect u to reply me rudely!
I didn't bother to apply and I'll state my reasons:

1. I wasn't impressed with d countries listed majorly due to d language issue(what happened to the US, UK and d rest)

2. I know anything done by the FG can't be completely merit driven plus they sometimes default on d payment of allowances for long periods subjecting the awardees to hardship

3. Enlightened people told me I might as well study medicine in any of d first gen universities if I can't go to U.S. or india

4. Last and most importantly, I'm one of the few people that know d grass isn't always greener on d other side
I hope dat wasn't rude.

re@lchange:
what got me upset is this writers assumption that nigerians must be unintelligent.
imagine this:

does it occur to this guy that maybe nigerians aren't as anti-foreigner as some of the countries he is referencing.
does this writer realize that nigerian police are corrupt and not enforcing laws?
i put it to the writer that if nigerian police chose to work, and adopt a little xenophobia as some of the countries he referenced, there will be at least 10,000 indians in nigerian jails.
these indians must think we are fools really. undecided
you're making sense jare, if Nigerian policing system wasn't this corrupt most of them would have been deported at d very least
PoliticsRe: Nigerians Have No Reason To Feel Discriminated In India (A Must Read) by docsholz(m): 10:29pm On Nov 08, 2013
It still baffles me how 1 million(enough to start a country) foreigners from a particular country(least of all India) can be living in Nigeria comfortably while true Nigerians roam around unemployed, mehn this country is sick and to think they're living like kings here while they treat our people like poo, lets be honest we all know of successful Nigerians in America, europe etc how many can we think of in India?

It's God that will punish anyone that tribalises this issue
