Funny but here in Cameroon he is sometimes refered to as Kukuma. After eight years of stalemate fighting in the English speaking parts of Cameroon, between seperatists and the Biya government, most Cameroonians have learned a thing or two about the pains of war.

Consequently there is a lack of zeal for an uprising amongst the common man. With elections fixed for October most people are hopeful Biya will be beaten through the ballot box. Very possible his demise resulted from the rare anti tetanus toxoid...I doubt an unlicensed nurse could have probably heard of anaphylaxis, talk less of the protocol of administering intramuscular epinephrine as a first line..
