Spoondar: Send them back to the Embassy with a note stating the mistake. NOTE send all the documents back because they will have to change the dates of issue on all the documents. my hubby's date of birth was wrong we only sent his passport they also said that he should send his yellow envelope again they realised he had beneficiaries they told us to send all our documents back. We sent them back and they changed dates on Visa issues and visa number plus they changed the dates on the yellow envelopes. You dont pay any money when sending thru DHL all you need is a DHL reference number

yep u can do your medicals on Saturday.. but go early oh! and if you want to go on week days go early oh!! so that before 1 pm you will be through and u will be asked to come after 3 days for your result

Got to the embassy by 5:30am and did the normal sercurity checks, paid my visa fees and waited for my number to be called... After many hours my number was display at window 14.

i have the result slip but i havent collected the certificate.... so since i have my university certificate do i still need the gcee own too

yeah, he still knows the two signature to sign so when the co ask him to sign on it he would sign the same signature like what he sent to them

SOory to bring again having a diffrent signature from the you sent to Kentucky and the international passport hope it wouldn't affect his chance of getting the visa!!!

Hello house I have a friend the signature on the form submmitted is different from the international passport hope but he still remembered the signature used hope that wouldn't cause a problem. Pls waiting for advice thanks!

Important information!! When your are signing your form please make sure its the same as the one you sent in the form, even if its not the same as your international passport because that would be a prove that u were the one you signed it before!!

House so take note even if your international passport signature isn't the same as the one u signed on the form you sent to the embassy please when siging your fianl form make sure its the same as the one you singned in the form you sent, I will tell my friend also.. Thanks house!!!

He still rememver the signature used when he sent the papers. So no problem when they request him to sign to prove to them that its his signature
