StoryHaven:Bakare was a radical Islamist. Considering that Oyedepo has a similar background, it is only natural they'll be sworn enemies. |
See better MILF. Some MOGs get eye.
|
Intel got leaked. There's no way ISWAP would have known if someone in the chain of command didn't inform them. Nigeria's military is heavily compromised. |
I'm not sure we need him. The squad played well without him. |
What is your source for this? |
Is it me and my grand mother he expects to go and stop them? He can't speak out against the army that has become complacent? |
Trump isn't sending anyone to Nigeria. You have to understand that Donald Trump is simply the most stupid, racist and possibly the dumbest president in US history. Trump doesn't care for Christians in Nigeria. The only reason why Trump threatened to attack Nigeria was to distract from the heat of the possible release of the Epstein files and nothing more. That's why he will attack Venezuela in the coming days. He is seriously bleeding political capital and after Tuesday's vote for the release of those files in Congress, public sentiment may turn against him more than it already has. Trump is quickly approaching lame duck territory and will create so many distractions to divert attention from the fact that he raped children. His hard core backers on the American far right may find an attack on Venezuela or any other South American country justifiable. They will not support him sending troops to Nigeria. Because they don't care about Nigeria in anyway. |
Do you see the look of treachery his woman at the back gave?
|
Enough! Call them what they are! Fulani terrorists. |
The last female soldier that came out with evidence even if sexual harassment by senior officers got labelled insane, held in a military psychiatric facility and later got sacked. The Nigerian army officer who sexually harassed her is still in service. This lady needs to be careful. The Nigerian army is like a cult. They protect their male soldiers. |
Which of his boys didn't he settle well? Only a former worker could have done this. |
meobizy:The cocaine in Nigeria is not the pure stuff. It has been cut with other drugs. There's the pure one available though. You'd literally give an arm and a leg to get it. |
Regina no be una mate. E easy to make ancestor cry as him dey cum? |
This thing is very rampant among male corp members. It will be hard to find any male corp member teaching in secondary school who hasn't done this. |
What is wrong with plateau state? Why na dia governors no dey ever get sense? |
NOETHNICITY:Which one dey break down where bandits dey? Only in Nigeria. |
You served yourself as food for bandits be dat na. |
And just like that, dude is done for. |
What has Nigeria done for itself? Trump's threat didn't come in isolation. It came in response to the deliberate refusal of the Nigerian government to put an end to the needless killings going on all over the north by Fulani jihadists. Since Trump made his threat known, what action has Nigeria taken? Have any of these killers hiding in forests all over the north central been flushed out? Has there been any action taken to go after them? No! Rather the government is taking offence that it is being accused of unwillingness to take action and also explaining that Muslims too are being killed. It has no plans, no intention and desire to stop the killings. The rest of the world aren't stupid. They know that the Nigerian government provides aid and comfort to these killers. |
Freshandfitpod:Connection to go and die? |
Some men will sleep with anything. |
It is just that Palestinians end up attacking whoever helps them. If not, more countries around the world will have given them places to stay. Egypt tried accomodating them in 1968 but they organised the first terrorist bombing in Cairo and tried to cause an uprising. Jordan too experienced similar. As a reward for the hospitality of the Jordanian king, they tried to overthrow him. Because of Palestinians, Lebanon has never remained the same. Early Palestinian refugee settlers in Lebanon ended up creating Hezbollah and tore that country apart. As South Africa wan price market so, make dem ready to pay. |
It is no longer news that the marriage of Senator Ned Nwoko and Regina Nwoko has hit the rocks. There is no day news about them doesn't hit the front page. Frankly and I think I speak for majority of nairalanders, we are bored of it. But there are key lessons worth learning here. Pitfalls every man should avoid. It was obvious from the beginning this marriage was going to turn out this way. It was only a matter of time. As a man, you must understand that a woman's character will always be a reflection of the kind of home she grew up in. This is not debatable. Once you come to accept this, everything else falls into place. But what are the key lessons worth learning from all this? 1. Document everything! Yes, everything! It doesn't matter how minute the expense is. Keep a record of it. We read how Regina and her mom came up with a narrative that Regina sponsored Neds senatorial campaign. Ned by all means is a billionaire. That can't be denied. But during the heat of it all, his wife claimed she sponsored his campaign with 50,000 dollars. If Ned had not quickly countered that he has sent her mom over 125 million naira and has records to back it up, they would have succeeded in painting him as not being as wealthy as he claims. If not that Ned documented and had proof that Regina was far older than she claimed she was when they got married, she and her family were pushing to have him painted as a pedophile. Sowore of Sahara reporters even bought their narrative until Ned came up with documented proof. If they can attempt this with a billionaire, my brother who are you? Document for your own good. 2. A woman from a broken home can never build a home with you. People can only give what they have. If she didn't come from an unbroken home, how will she be able to keep your home with her together? If she never grew up seeing the value of family togetherness and her parents sticking through thick and thin, rough seas and storms, on what background and experience can she draw on to go through the inevitable tough moments of marital life with you? 3. As a husband, you take the place of her father. The absence of a father says a lot. If her father is alive but no longer with the mother, run as fast as your legs permit. I'll tell you why. That hurt from growing up without a father, a father she knows is alive but not in the picture, is a time bomb waiting to be set off. The presence of a father symbolises authority. And when he is not present, a certain level of resentment starts building up in her. As her husband, you assume that place of authority and since she didn't grow up with an authority figure in her life, she will naturally rebel against you. Your headship, your decisions, your instructions get rebelled against. Everything you do to get your home to work will be fought against. You become the receiver of years of pent up hatred and anger for a father who wasn't there. 4. A mother with the final say will only have daughters hell bent on having their way. Where the voice of the father doesn't count because the mother fails to accord him his dues as her husband and father to her children, the daughters from such a woman will never prioritise your voice. Every reasonable thing you do to provide order as the head of your home, will be taken as a form of abuse. You will be painted as an abusive and controlling husband. 5. Single mothers give birth to single mothers. A mother that can't stay in a home will have a daughter that can't stay in hers. It takes a woman who values her marriage to stay in one. The example she sets is what her daughters copy. This holds true whether there was domestic violence or not . The tragic consequences of broken homes don't make allowance for the validity of the reason why the home got broken. The consequence gets expressed in the children regardless of reason. In conclusion, before a man must choose a wife, he must choose his mother in-law. Your wife will always turn out to be who her mother is. It is not every family that can be married from. Pick and define your battles early. As a man, societal, legal and economic realities in Nigeria are already set against you. The kind of woman you marry will determine to a large extent how well you navigate all of these. Love yourself enough to pursue and seek a woman who gives you peace. Her background is more than enough to aid your decision. |
Lalami, please come. Your eternal words of wisdom are ringing true again. |
Has it ever occurred to the blockheads at the CBN and the ministry of finance that one sure way to reduce the cost of printing money is to increase the value of the money in circulation through sound economic policies? The same lazy mindset that Buhari had of continually borrowing money is the exact same thing Tinubu is doing. You can't keep borrowing and expect the value of your currency to increase or hold steady. By constantly borrowing, it indicates that the economy is really underperforming and the country has not earned enough from its economic activities. With persistent inflationary pressure in the kind of cash based economy we have in Nigeria, you need more money to purchase less and less items. Lower denominations get wiped out and pressure is exerted on higher denominations. When last did anyone see a 20 or 10 naira note? That it is even being considered to print 10,000 naira and 20,000 denominations is a serious indictment on the economic policies of this government. |
North don join mouth for the matter |
The super eagles are a joke. |
Good. Let's stop calling them bandits. Let's address them to be who they are; Fulani militia hellbent on wiping out indigenous Christian populations in Northern Nigeria. |
Women are evil. You look at the father of your children and accuse him of molesting them even when you knew it wasn't true. What if the mob had burnt him to death? What if he had been castrated? Haba! |
Someone said FESTAC '77 was actually the beginning of Nigeria's problems. It was a festival where all manner of witchcraft and diabolism was openly celebrated. Demonic spirits were summoned upon the land without care to send them back. A line can be drawn from 1977 to the present day. Nigeria was never going to remain the same. |
