damosky12:It was under Jonathan that the CBN and NNPC couldn't account for 20 billion US dollars. |
Diamond098454:If she speak dis kind engrish wey you speak so, e reach make dem deport her. |
Is Tinubu even aware that he is Nigeria's president? |
Hmmm... Na wa. We see her. The only thing they bring to the table is cooking and kpekus. Take away food and sex majority of Nigerian women have nothing to offer. That's why a man can cook and isn't swayed by sex makes them uncomfortable. Check it out. When was the last time you met a Nigerian woman with depth? One very knowledgeable and can hold conversation? |
And non of Nigeria's pastors will try to be there. If na to dey altar dey make noise na dat one dem Sabi. That said, it is over 1 month since Trump talked about possible military strikes in Nigeria. Till date, the Nigerian government hasn't presented a comprehensive plan on ending the terror menace. Neither has the president considered it worth his while to address Nigerians. |
Can this make front page? Copy everything in this interview and share it to your contacts. Nairaland will soon close this thread. Let's not forget that Kabiru Sokoto, a hardened Boko Haram terrorist was found in the Borno state government lodge in Abuja in 2012. Who was the Borno state governor at that time? The current vice president. After his arrest by the DSS and handover to the police the next day, Kabiru Sokoto escaped a day later in circumstances that the Nigerian police couldn't explain. The DSS rearrested him again some months later in Taraba state. |
Then what are the Muslims DOING about it? Nothing! Instead they are sabotaging genuine government efforts, harbouring these terrorists in their communities and providing them with Intel. Fulani Muslims are targeting Hausa Muslims for elimination. |
Nigerians need to face the truth. There is no way this nation can win this war against terror without putting some form of military draft in place. You read that right. The Nigerian army is less than 70,000 soldiers. For a country twice the size of Iraq and Afghanistan combined that's too poor. Nigeria needs to scale up its army towards something in the region of 300 to 400,000 soldiers. Ultimately, the NYSC will have to become a military conscription program. |
They have sacked you already sir. INEC has also refused to recognise your faction chairman. Effectively, you don't have a party anymore sir. Except you fully port to the APC. |
Under GEJ, that's when the Fulani started inviting their kit and kin from all over West Africa to Nigeria. Under GEJ, that's when they started massively arming themselves. Under GEJ, that's when the Fulani positioned attack cells all over the middle belt. Did his DSS not inform him? They did. What action did he take? Nothing. He was a weakling and an embarrassment as president. It was under him that the naira started declining against the dollar because he went round the Emirates in the north sharing raw dollars to emirs to induce them to get their people to vote for him. Indirectly, Jonathan's weakness is the reason why Nigeria is in the mess it currently is. |
Kukutente23:No too loud dis your mic. Akume na failure. Everyone know |
While this is true and it is something I warned would happen, what has the governments response been? There has been no strategy, no plan, nothing. The president is moaning and wailing that he is depressed, his em vice was in Kebbi today looking like an abandoned orphan left in the rain and the NSA is no where to be found. This is not a time to be depressed. This is a time for the president to show leadership and prove to Nigerians that he has what it takes to lead this country. This is a time to show the armed forces that the commander in chief is capable of putting everything to bear to aid them in their task. Lamentations from the seat of power is the last thing Nigerians need now. Is the president up to the task or not? |
The new inec chairman isn't playing from the looks of it. |
The airforce stupidly carried millions of dollars to buy fighter jets. A very brain dead decision to make considering the kind of peculiar combat theatre it needs to operate in. |
Soldiers wey suppose dey Borno dey market dey fight women. Shame!!! |
alphaconde:Maybe the security went and changed into bandits outfits and then came and kidnapped the girls |
May we never meet our destiny helper and chase him away or be blinded to the potential door opening before us. |
There is a direct link between the 210 trillion naira in crude oil proceeds that cannot be accounted for and the explosion of armed groups in Northern Nigeria. Who was in charge of crude oil sales in that period? What section of the country is he from? Who appointed him? We are talking about over 150 billion dollars. This money is more than enough to distabilize this country. |
This thing has been known for over 7 years now. Did the DSS not do background checks on him? Did Tinubu insist on appointing this person just for his political ambitions? Are these bandits working for Tinubu? |
Momentum has begun to be behind this thing. The US will have no choice but to get involved. |
You lie!!! Dis NYSC ba? Una must do an. Dem must post Una go where dey hot. Shebi emilokan talk say Una and Fulani na one. So why Una dey fear to go stay with Una brothers? |
The calls for the presidents resignation can only and will only get louder. |
It is good that you were excluded. All the Nigerian representative would have done if allowed to enter the event would be to lie. |
How far? Bandits no reach dat side? I wan check how many seconds e go take before dat hall empty. |
If you are depressed Mr president, resign!!! Depression only comes about when a man lacks solutions to a problem. A man who has solutions, goes about implementing them and changing the narrative. He doesn't sit and bemoan his fate. If Nigeria is too much for you to handle, resign! |
Shame! Shame!! Shaaaame!!! |
It is the 21st century. The Nigerian army still hasn't heard of intel gathering, terrain scoping and forward operating drones to spot possible ambush points along an intended route. Like brainless sheep being led to slaughter, they keep sending men into the meat grinder that is the fight against insurgents. There is not one intelligent person in the army. Not one. This is shameful. |
I think Pastor Enenche needs to actually hide his head in shame and I am not saying this because of any ulterior motive. Of what use is having the largest church building in the world like he has, of what use is pastoring the largest church membership like Adeboye has, of what use is being the wealthiest pastor on earth like Oyedepo is and then their voices can't be heard in a critical gathering like the UN assembly? Why is it Nikki Minaj that had to go up there and draw the attention of the world to the killings in Nigeria? Why is it Nikki Minaj that is championing the cause of Christians here? How did Nikki get a platform to speak at the UN and none of Enenche, Oyedepo or Adeboye could? If Adeboye, Kumuyi, Oyedepo and Enenche together visit the white house and show Trump the desperate situation of things in Nigeria, this matter will be tackled. If any of them had insisted on addressing the UN, they would have been listened to. Enough of barking from the pulpit. Martin Luther King didn't set America on the path of racial justice and equity by staying on the pulpit and lamenting. He held rallies, marches, led civil disobedience and sought audience with the white house. He was engaged. That's how change is brought about.

No one has the time to listen to what this fake man of god has to say. Someone who supports genocide has no business on the altar. |
Lifestone:But the army that denied that any of its officers was missing bears no responsibility here? Imagine you were that officer fighting for your life and the safety of your men. Instead of the army you have dedicated your life to, sending search and rescue teams to look for you, they put out a press statement full of lies that you weren't missing and then they went to sleep. How would you have felt? How do you think that officer felt in his final moments when he knows that the information he gave out regarding his location was leaked and that's how ISWAP could get him. How do you think he felt seeing that kind of betrayal? Sowore didn't fail him. The military did. |
