When DC Current is applied to a soft iron the magnetic flux is increased and the flux lines will be highly concentrated because soft iron have have high permeability it can strengthen the field and increase the working of a machine, it also have low reluctance which means it allows magnetic lines through them easily.

b. When the DC Current is removed it does not retain it magnetism in other word it does not permanently magnetized

Automation is built on Logic. You must be logical in your reasoning. Logic is equally built on knowledge, which means you must understand the system very well.
When a system stops working, it means that there is a missing signal. You must first determine the type and the source of the signal in the circuit. If you have a missing 5v or 24vdc signal, you must determine first where the voltage is coming from and the path of flow.

We are going to discuss or learn about CIRCUIT DIAGRAM. This is very important. When there is a fault or problem in a system, the first step you take is getting the circuit diagram. Without circuit diagram, you're not going anywhere. This diagram provides you the paths of signal flow, from there you can trace where the signal stopped.

Problems that has to do with current must be traced to current source, eg inductor. All these, we shall consider in details as we progress.

I don't understand what you mean by no serious organization our University, Government organization, private sector are not serious organization if you have not worked in such environment were there is discrimination you will not understand some organization don't want to know if you have masters or not. Some only used the result that you used at point of entry

What about Government work in industry them dey discriminate HND note I work in the oil and gas sector the discrimination is there even in the banking sector

What's top up is just like what is done in the UK with HND when you go to the UK u will do a top for just 9months you are done.
In Nigeria if you have HND,PGD,Masters Degree and PhD in our University you will still be discriminate against, it is better to have Bachelor Degree than HND.
One of my friend working in the Bank with HND as internal controller just completed his Degree at National Open university were he started from 200 Level could you believed that after obtaining a Degree. He had an offer from another bank with his Degree the salary was wow.

I have completed my Bsc Physics program I will be doing my Masters Degree Instrumentation and Control Engineering which is one important area in almost all Engineering firm
