Gettibg a two plots side by side at Isolu might be hard. But possible around gate.

Land around these two areas are around N1.5 million and above depending on the distance from gate and students concentration.

4. Lower cost great return. A well arranged bungalow student hostel will have better return on investment to a story building of block of flats located in MOST locations in the cities.

5. Forget about those jungle you invest in, land around universities appreaciate faster. No need for government bringing the social amenities, all that is required is student population increase which is guaranteed.
