So all land has GAZETE? Am here to learn please.

So when people advertised their landed property and say Government GAZETE, does this mean buyer still have cause to worry? From your explanation, Government GAZETE doesn't show any form of safety or prove that land is free from trouble

ahah Calm down nothing dey happen, but its the same all over Nigeria, never buy a land less than 10 plots away from govt lands, I learnt the hard way.
One of my close friend, got his Duplex pulled down in Asaba near NTA. it was not a nice experience.

This is so sad, but seriously you need to do your home work well by investigating thoroughly. I don't know about the east and south south but in Lagos and Ogun, it is easier to know Government property limit. Agreed sometimes people do not want to spend money to investigate property they are paying millions for.

Exactly, your last paragraph was where I was driving at, I once bought a plot very close to a school for a Hostel project,,hostel was built up to window level, 10 self contains, na so school carry combine force come.
If say I no B Area, i for lose money, this is how I dragged the family to get me 4 plot to compensate for my loss. in about 20 mins drive from the campus.Will begin work in 2 years time wen the areas are well developed.

Sorry to hear that, while in school I have learnt not to build accommodation beside or behind the school campus especially if its their permanent site. This happen to several off campus hostel in my school then.

But again, your choice of 20 minutes drive is not a good idea except its a private university where the student have the financial capability to withstand any weather of financial frustration. This present era of fuel scarcity and transport hike is a perfect example not to build student accommodation far from campus. You will see student in town begging private vehicle for pick up, some even have their money but no enough commercial vehicle due to fuel scarcity. What lesson do you think this set of student will learn? not to stay far from campus as you can't predict the weather.

The land in question is located opposite the school as describe on my main post and not beside or behind the campus. In fact, there are several mighty hostels opposite the school, impossible for similar case of yours to happen there.

It will be too close to the perimeter fence if you are to build a reasonable size room and definitely there will be no packing space.

I'm new to the poultry business. In Feb I started with 50 POL but they started dying last week after laying for about 7weeks now.
They start by discharging some kind of colorless puss from the eyes and mouth and within 18 hours they are dead.
I have used different antibiotics and even called in a vet but this morning another 2 were found dead.
Anyone with useful advice please help.

Guy what is the nature of the floor? are you using a caging system or floor cover with saw dust, if you are using the flooring system is it wet or dry and when last do you change the saw dust.

How Long has FUNAAB been in existence? that you got a less than 5 mins land to the gate?

I believe the school was established in 1988, Prior to now, all off campus accommodation were located inside town which is about a minimum of 15 minutes DRIVE to the school main gate. Gradually due to transportation challenges and cost, some investor have started building accommodation closer to the school within a trek able distance.

The land in question is not directly opposite the school but if you are familiar with FUNAAB environ, there is a road directly opposite the school main gate, the land is located down the road, lands directly opposite the school are either hostel accommodation or other school related business activities.
