Me: I went on some intensive research in listing the schools i applied to from some educational websites like braintrack.com, usnews.com and princeton review.( VO nods head)

Vo: wat other schools did u apply

me: Listed them verbally

Vo: why etsu

Me: This school has been ranked highly specialized in biology by us news.com (he didnt get dat and he asked again for the souce) i said USnews.com it was also listed by princeton as one of the best public research universities in Southeastern part of the US.

VO: but University of iowa is a better school

Me: I considered my area of interest which is molecular biology and biochemistry and my school has a very high ranked structure in this area of research. i will be working on immunity of plants bla bla bla

Vo: why dis area of research

me: after school, i went for my nysc at a university where i served as a research assistant, myself and my dr researched extensively on this so it sparked my interest

Vo: wat did u do to get admission

Me: online appl, send documents etc

Vo: did u take GRE

me: yes!! absolutely

vo: can i see ur scores

me:passed it to him (looks at it, nods and gave it back to me)

Vo: do you work?

Me: sure... i work with a pharmaceutical company\

me: Quality Assurance

me: i am on a GA scholarship but my dad will pay for thje rest of my fees

VO: wat does he do

Me: he is a military officer

juntod: You cannot. Your passport photograph must not be more than 6 months old. Its a standard requirement.

winbyforce: I think it's best to get a passport photo that is not more than 6months old.Please take a new photo.

bigfrancis21: Depends on the location. I suppose you obtained yours at Lagos with high record of applicants. At Enugu, you get yours that same day you apply as long as you come early for it.

1. How much does it cost to apply for a passport?

2. How long does it take after application, to have it ready?
