All things are lawful but not all things edify- what am i trying to say, as a christian, when you continue to grow deeper in the things of God, no one will tell you before you drop secular music. I couldn't agree more with ricadelide and lafile. For me, i don't even buy them anymore, cos they do not inspire me or move me towards God. For the poster who said christians don't buy gospel music, please don't generalise. I for one, you can't find any secular music on my phone. My ringtone is even Cece Winas' I'll give you praise. This is not to say i don't listen to them, really i'm a radio freak and i get to hear them often, i just don't pay attention to them. It really baffles me to hear some funny and 'eyebrow raising' secular songs as some supposed christian's ringtone.

Well, back then i never really fancied it. I got a couple of them but hardly wore them. Nowadays, its not as if its childish, but you might look like one if you don't use it right, as in i guess the very colourful ones and plastic types should be left for kids. The suede type looks more matured.

It all boils down to having a talk! Communication seems to be lacking, permit me to say this. Have you tried to make her understand your stance, what it is you like and dislike? Help her understand, and i tell you, she'll gladly let you guys go into seperate rooms. Saying that after all you guys are under the same roof sounds like you're doing her a favour by accommodating her- which by no means defines marriage.
