Initial Israeli report claimed that the hospital was collateral damage and that it was from its location (under its basement) that Hamas was firing rockets from Who fires unguided rockets from a basement ? This is exactly what happened in Beirut in 2020. Israel warns the UN it will bomb this explosives warehouse which happened to be a fertilizer silo. Israel takes responsibility immediately after the bombing claiming it was an explosive and ammo dump warehouse. When this was debunked, Jew News comes out and says that it was an industrial accident.

After ordering that the hospital will be bombed and that it should be evacuated in 2hrs, IDF now denies it bombed the hospital and is claiming an errant Hamas rocket was the cause of the bombing. This is despite Hamas rockets having low ballistic yields and were meant to drain Israel's Iron Dome air defense batteries of missiles. Now that the optics of the bombing of a civilian hospital are generating global condemnation, the liars are now denying they ever targeted the hospital.
