The truth is that Yorubas have the parlance of live and let live.
They have the most vibrant Christians and Muslims with the belief that your belief does not affect mine or stop me from attaining paradise and vice versa.
They have learnt to live together amicably through the Grace of God.

The problem of Nigeria are Hausa Fulani and Igbos who are extremists.There are a lot of Muslims in Edo but they don't discriminate.

Nigeria has given Tinubu a chance to see what he can do, and he has been a disaster. The job of the Igbo nation in 2027 is to give someone else a chance , and the only two options are Obi and Atiku. Both men have publicly called for Kanu’s release, and no doubt that either man will release Kanu when they become President

Ebira people really tried to resist the Fulani jihad of the 1800s. They fought and resisted but the Fulanis were joined by the Yoruba and Nupe Muslims until the Ebira resistance was defeated. Is this not another show of their irredeemable covetousness as a people? Everything, including Nairaland, they wish to commandeer as there own. To go and start their own exclusive Igbo blog is not an option.

This is mainly for my fellow Igbos. Tinubu has less than 18 months to go in office, and you can be sure that he will seek re-election. There are already enough reasons why Igbos should vote out Tinubu, his cluelessness on insecurity and economic downturn

However, there is another reason, Nnamdi Kanu. Don't be fooled by anyone, Tinubu will never release Nnamdi kanu. Many highly placed Igbos have appealed to him to do so to no avail. Meanwhile, his administration is releasing thousands of Boko haram and giving hundreds of armed bandits peace deal. In 2027, the three main contenders will be Tinubu, Atiku and Obi, just as it was in 2023. Atiku and Obi have in the past called for the release of Nnamdi Kanu. Should either of these men become President, they will release Nnamdi Kanu

If the Igbo nation wants Nnamdi Kanu out in 18 months, we must unite and help to vote out Tinubu in 2027

There are other regions that are tired of Tinubu and will be looking at other candidates. We must join them in voting out Tinubu, and ensure that either Atiku or Obi becomes President. Either man will release Kanu.

Its very unfortunate that most Nigerians do not know that besides the UN and AU charters that allows people the right to agitate for self determination or separation, domestic laws such as Laws of the federation of Nigeria cap 9 and 10 allows people the right to agitate to leave Nigeria

When they see Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB agitating for separation from Nigeria, they call it treason, not knowing that the law allows it.

Operation python dance was not only illegal, it was an assassination attempt against Kanu by the federal government. They wanted to kill him because they know they have no case against him.

The proscription of IPOB was a calculated move by the government to cover up all the atrocities the military committed in operation python dance which includes, human rights abuse, torture, illegal detention and murder


The proscription of IPOB was condemned by the US and EU, both of which don't consider IPOB to be a terrorist group. It also exposed the government of Buhari as a laughing stock because he could not proscribe the armed killer herdsmen who kill thousands of Nigerians every year and destroy untold billions in agricultural produce but he rushed to court to get unarmed IPOB, who have never killed anybody, declared as terrorists

That's Nigeria for you, the land of hypocrisy and selective justice
