one mans slowpoke is another mans hero one mans freedom fighter is another mans terrorist dont think most of these nations will be relevant today if not for these men u call imbeciles |
Seun:my thoughts exactly they all fought for the growth of their race/ people im looking at the guys achievement as regards the Germany of today? know the whole world would probably not share the same view also heard he wanted to make africa a farm hahahaha but not taking it away from him he had a great vision for his people and died trying to achieve it |
so are government institutions now made to be discovering talents is EFCC now a training ground for finding other Ribadus Is EFCC now in the cloning business Are u now comparing an officer perporming PR functioons with the Chairman of a commission set up by Law?? guy try dey give corrcet analogy to back up ur argument. very soon now u go dey compare the posting of police details with prominent people with that of Ribadu the EFCC is not under the police force it was an organisation setup by the law of nigeria and the chairman is answerable only to the president and not the police. i just happens dat Ribadu is a policeman dats all. so try dey make beta analogy pls, unless of course u were trying to be sacarstic. |
very touchy subject and i expect a lot of fireworks from people But guys cant we equate Germany's greatness mostly to the effort of the man Adolf Hitler? Not a very good history student but i ve always been of the opinion that that country is where it is today cos of Hitler Would i be right to say dat inspite of what the whole world think about him he was one of the best things that happened to Germany? Personally 4 me i think he was. though i ve not read enough about it to back up this opinion, i stand to be corrected and educated And pls people try not to insult urselfs, constructive criticism would be well appreciated. |
nope i dont think so cos we no suffer well well 4 am maybe if we did we 4 value what we have now and the civil war didnt last long enough either or else nobody regardless of his tribe would still sit down and allow some corrupt cartels to steal our wealth nad make the masses poor. Nigerians too fear, i might be guilty of dat too cos i never challenge govt for any of their atrocities to the nigeria populace b4. Nope we never still ripe up till now we suppose dey say yes sir to people wey go at least develop their own part of the country dan say yes sir to all these moroons that take our money to develop other people country. |
at least we beta pass some people in this respect. |
abi now at least the Ekiti sate thru the locking up of Fayose can at least contribute our state funds to the well-being of people in prison. did they make this public/ announcement so that Nigerians can commend them or what ?Well i cant expect much from a Governor whose brother is at large for Armed robbery, maybe they are used to celebrating criminals in their household. |
note not Nigeria presidency cos i doubt if there is one good egg in that organisation. From Yar ADull to the gateman. |
celemel:beautiful write up but i kind of have a problem with how this relates with Ribadu's removal. Are we now saying that the inefficiency/ corrupt practices of some of the officers of the EFFC is Ribadu's fault. Does he now head the HR which recruit officers into the commision. Do all case files sent to EFCC pass through his table for him to know the ones that were treated or not? Is he now directly responsible for your missing case file? Is he aware of the racketing going on in his organisation and decided to turn a blind eye? Can u sincerely say that any organisation in this country can be run perfectly devoid of corrupt people who directly or indirectly try to furstrate your efforts? in as much as i agree with u that a change of guard in the leadership of the EFCC might usher in a breath of fresh air, the timing of taking such gamble/ discission which could lead to great setback for what we are currently building is not in good faith. If anybody has something against the man Ribadu on corruption should cry out loud and let us know instead of making assumptions. If u know he has benefitted from not investigating cases passed to his table let us know. Yes the head is responsible for the actions of his subordinate, that i agree and if the organisation is not functioning well then it means the man at the helms is not performing no matter how hard he says he has tried, but remember this is Nigeria and the progress the EFCC has made in 8 years the police who should put such officers u talk about in check cannot make in 80 years. I don't think majority of nigerians will agree with u for your statement "EFCC is a very corrupt organization". there might be corruption within the ranks of EFCC but that does not mean it is a very corrupt organisation. Are we now going to generalize that all organiasations are very corrupt worldwide because even within the echelon of organisations like the UN, world bank, US senate, Presidency, EU, NATO, Catholic Church, Penticostal, Mosques what have u there are bad eggs? the question now is has Ribadu found an officer caught within the EFCC as corrupt and turned a blind eye. Has a petitioner gotten to Ribadu with his case and he turned a blind eye or used it to make money personally 4 himself? think about it, it wouldnt be a good tactic from his end because he also has people looking to bring him down. he may be guilty of not managing his troops well going by your story but Please don't condemn the EFCC or Ribadu as very corrupt? |
no they dont politics is about doing me a favour and me returning the favour everywhere in the world, u have to compromise but a good politician tries at least to better the lot of the people while still trying to satify the power brokers it happens everywhere in the world even in the US when u have that u cannot be a totally credible man |
so what happened to integrity is he now a zombie who has to follow every instruction he is given blindly are u trying to say everything Yar ADull says now all Okiro has to do is to comply so much 4 holding the office of the IGP so how will the police function if the president is corrupt and the no 1 says only yes sir to him think about it all uve said now is Okiro isnt credible enough to make his own unbiased judgement for the sake of him holding on to his position and u call that a credible man who is devoid of blame beats me and are u now trying to say the office of the IGP is now a political post ![]() was it set up to be a political post ![]() need education on dat?? cos the president appoints u does not mean u should now say yes sir to all his needs whether they are right or wrong president appoints the Justices in the supreme court so are they now meant to function as polical posts and pronounce bad judgements to avoid the wrath of the president ![]() can i now conclude that the next EFCC chairman who will be appointed by the president and answerable to the president will also do like Okiro and say yes sir to all his demands ? is that also meant to be a political post. meaning we can now confidently say the likes of Ibori, Orji Uzo Kalu, Fayose, Nnamani will soon be free mencos now u are politicizing (permit my english) issues |
dont get it wrong screwing somebody doesnt necessarily mean u love the person as in u guys love for me love is an adjective meant to qualify a verb eg i love screwing u i love talking with u i love having u as a partner i love u as if u were one of my own i love screwing around i would love to love ( dats if it exists) like i said screwing is a sport so read no meaning to it would u have had a different view about screwing if there were no STDs and HIV/ AIDS i bet u would |

there we go again another twist to the tale lets watch as the drama unfolds what happened to the word merit who cares where the new guy comes from as long as he keeps putting all those who have looted state funds behind bars it ok by me but of course YaraDull has other ideas |
are they not two different things we like to make work hand in hand u grow to love a person, thats if it even exists for me its just a superficial over rated word that is relative depending on the time of the day i guess the love we are talking about is interpersonal love and it comes in different shapes and sizes Interpersonal love refers to love between human beings. It is a more potent sentiment than a simple liking for another. Unrequited love refers to those feelings of love which are not reciprocated. Interpersonal love is most closely associated with interpersonal relationships. Such love might exist between family members, friends, and couples. Some feelings that are often associated with interpersonal love: Affection: feelings of tenderness and/or wanting physical closeness Attachment: satisfying basic emotional needs Altruism: selfless or unselfish concern for another Reciprocation: if love is mutual Commitment: a desire to maintain love Emotional intimacy: sharing emotions and feelings Friendship: the spirit between friends Kinship: family bonds Passion: whole-hearted desire Physical intimacy: sharing of intimate personal space Self-interest: desiring rewards Service: desire to help Sexuality can be an important element in determining the shape of a relationship. While sexual attraction often establishes a new bond, sexual intention is considered undesirable or inappropriate in certain love bonds. In many religions and systems of ethics it is considered wrong to act on sexual desire for immediate family, for children, or outside of a committed relationship. However, there are many ways to express passionate love without sex. Affection, emotional intimacy and shared interests and experiences are common in friendships and kinships of all human beings. Hope the bolded part helps, u can express love without necessarily having sex. Sex on the other hand is a sport, its either u are good at it or ur not. its either u are talented at it or u re not. its either u have the right and desired equipments or u dont. and all these factors determines those whose tales are going to be told for years to come and those who will disapper with the sands of time. I can love u but still love having sex with another. two isolated events. so no need to use one to justify another though they can come hand in hand. the lucky ones are those that not only find reciprocal love but are oppourtuned to be talented and also find a talented partner. that for me is what u call a jackpot |
yes is there anything wrong with that? |
