R-E-V-E-A-L-E-D!!! ECONOMY: Buhari And His Party Worked Hard For Its Destruction Before Winning The Presidency. Less than four years ago, during Dr Goodluck Jonathan's administration, global oil price was around $100 per barrel on average. Former finance minister, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala advised the Federal and state governments to save money for the rainy day. She warned that there will be economic crunch like the world experienced in 2007 to 2010. She saw this coming as her prediction is what Nigeria is experiencing today. General Buhari accused the then government of deliberately trying to starve Nigerians and being insensitive to the plight of the people and asked them to share the saving among the States and LGAs. APC and her governors dragged her and Jonathan's government to Supreme court, the court judgement went in APC Governors' favour because the constitution drafted by the Military in 1999 did not give room for saving for future. Government shared the money with state governments after APC and her lying machinery and press told the gullible ones that Jonathan wanted to save money for election campaign. Governors squandered the funds, only a few like Senator Godswill Akpabio, Peter Obi et al saved an constructed meaningful projects. Today Nigeria's economy is bad and tumbling down, nobody recalls that Okonjo-Iweala warned us ahead of time to save for rainy days. The gullible ones of the broom persuasion are busy calling the best finance minister Nigeria ever had unpleasant names while the world is recognizing her sterling leadership qualities after she shot Nigeria's economy to the top of the African continent for the first time. Our economy is going down, down in eight months as everything has turned out so bad. Buhari told the world that he will stabilize oil price globally, he should keep to his promise and stabilize it as a barrel of oil crashed to $27. With this downward change, is this how $1 is going to equal N1? As it is N300 to a US Dollar today." - Saviola Godwyn - Hope For Nigeria. |

[quote author=coldsummer post=31226717][color=#006600][size=12pt][i][b]another day another drama. much as i commend the effort of the NA, the question still remains: why did you wait till election period to start this war against the insurgent? scoring political points during election is paramount to saving the lives of Nigerians that were unfortunate to have been gruesomely murdered? some of them body parts unseen? evil that men do doesn't live far from them. IF GEJ AND CO WILL ONLY FIGHT EVIL WHEN THEY HAVE SOMETHING AT STAKE, THEN HIS SECOND TENURE WHERE HE HAS NOTHING AT STAKE WOULD BE DISASTROUS. I REFUSE TO VOTE GEJ AGAIN. They waited till now that your likes and your supporters will nerves shout genocide again again, is better now than Never !!! Kill them all, I said all, God bless Nigerian Army! Amen. |

People need to understand that there are too many diseases going around to be carelessly having s*x with complete strangers. A woman who is currently a student in Kenya, Africa revealed through social media she has infected over 324 men with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). The crazy part about this story is the fact she knew her HIV status before having careless s*x with multiple men. She currently attends Kabarak University in Nakuru, and she claims she first contracted the virus from a man who slipped Rohypnol in her drink. After going to get tested, the 19-year-old was determined to spread the diseases to as many men in revenge. According to reports: The girl allegedly contacted Kenyan Scandals on Facebook and claimed she had something to confess. After she was assured her identity was going to be protected (the Kenyan Daily Post, however, published a picture from her Facebook profile along with the article) she wrote: “Sep 22nd 2013 is a day I”ll never forget, we went clubbing in town and got drunk with some senior students then went back hostels for party round 2″. She then explained that when she woke up, the morning after, she realized a boy named Javan had had s*x with her while she was drunk. “I only asked if he used a condom and he said yes, however when taking bath I noticed sperms down there, I wanted to commit suicide, I feared getting pregnant and HIV.” When she discovered she was HIV positive, the girl confronted Javan who insisted he was clean. “I was so depressed and took alcohol to die, I even bought poison, the pain was just unbearable how was I gone face the world, I let my parents down, I gave up on the world and just wanted to end my life. My future had been ruined, somehow someone had to pay,” the girl said. “I accepted my fate and promised to make all men I come across suffer, I know I’m attractive and men both married and unmarried chase me left right and center. “I buried the good girl in me and became the bad girl, my goal was to infect as many as possible,” she explained. The girl then confessed she had already infected 324 men, 156 of which are students at the Kabarak University where she studies, the rest are married men, lecturers, lawyers, celebrities and politicians. “Not a day passes without me having s*x, mostly 4 people per day,” she continued in her confession. “Your day is coming, you men destroyed my life and I will make you and your people pay for it.” SOURCE; http://blastdatass.com/female-student-infected-324-men-hiv-get-revenge/ |
Naij.Com The world football governing body FIFA, has warned Chris Giwa to vacate the NFF Glass House by Monday, or sanctions will be imposed on Nigeria. Giwa, who is the chairman of Nigeria Professional League side Giwa Football Club, was elected as the new president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) this week, amidst break out of factions and controversy. He received 27 votes, to beat former vice-president Mike Umeh, who got only two votes. 29 members out of 44 participated in the voting exercise. However, FIFA has labelled the elections “null and void” and asked him to leave by midnight on September 1 or attract punishment for the country. A letter addressed to NFF secretary Musa Amadu and signed by FIFA’s Secretary General, read: “As a consequence, we will not recognise the outcome of the above mentioned elections and should there still be persons claiming to have been elected and occupying the NFF offices at midnight on Monday 1 September 2014, we will bring the case to the appropriate FIFA body for sanctions, which may include the suspension of the NFF. “We ask you to inform all parties concerned accordingly and we thank you in advance for keeping us informed of any developments in the situation. “In particular, we would like you to confirm that the date of 4 September 2014 will be met because the timing seems very short” |
PARIS (AFP) – A prototype drug that has been urgently given to a handful of patients with Ebola has cleared an important test hurdle, showing that it cured lab monkeys with the disease, scientists said Friday. Normally, experimental drugs are tested first on animals and then on progressively larger groups of humans to ensure they are safe and effective. But, in an exceptional move, a new drug called ZMapp that has not gone through these tests has been rushed to the outbreak in west Africa, as the lethal disease has no cure. Reporting online in the British journal Nature, researchers at the Public Health Agency of Canada said 18 rhesus macaque monkeys given high doses of Ebola virus fully recovered after being given ZMapp, even when it was administered five days after infection. It reversed dangerous symptoms such as bleeding, rashes and high levels of enzymes in the liver. Three “control” monkeys that had been infected, but not treated, all died within eight days. The 21 animals had been given the so-called Kikwit strain of Ebola, named after a location in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the country where the haemorrhagic fever was discovered in 1976. But lab-dish tests indicate it can also inhibit the strain in Guinea which has sparked the current epidemic, the scientists said. - Good first step - Independent experts hailed the results as an encouraging first step in the long vetting process. They added, though, it was still unclear whether ZMapp worked on humans, as two patients who have been given it have died and two others have recovered. “Widespread availability and use of ZMapp will require human safety testing and licensing, coupled with scaleup of the manufacturing process,” cautioned David Evans, a professor of virology at Britain’s University of Warwick. A cocktail of three antibodies designed to cling to the Ebola virus and inhibit its reproduction, ZMapp is being developed by Mapp Biopharmaceutical Inc. of San Diego, California, partly in conjunction with the US Army. ZMapp has so far been given to seven infected frontline workers. Of these, two American doctors have recovered; a Liberian doctor and a Spanish priest have died; and a doctor and a nurse, both Liberian, and a British nurse, who has been flown to London from Sierra Leone, are still in treatment. The World Health Organisation gave the green light on August 12, saying it was ethical to use experimental drugs in the context of this dangerous epidemic. Stocks of ZMapp, which is derived from tobacco leaves and is hard to produce on a large scale, are exhausted, the company said on August 12. The other main experimental drug for the disease is TKM-Ebola, being developed by Tekmira Pharmaceuticals Corp. of Vancouver, Canada, under a $140-million (105-million-euro) contract with the Pentagon. It is currently in a Phase I human trial, the first step in the three-phase test process. In this phase, a drug is evaluated on healthy non-infected humans to see whether it is safe. Further phases test it for safety and also effectiveness. More than 1,500 people have died in Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria and Sierra Leone since the disease emerged in West Africa last December. |
