BlueAngel444: true but 8.5 though , isn't he worth the risk?.
I saw DVDbeek is 7.0 would have gotten him but Ole isn't known for his rotation would have gotten if I was sure he would be a starter. Do you think havertz will easily displace Lampard's favourite son mount?? The risk of rotation for him is very high. I'm even scared of buying Werner because i don't know if he has nailed down the spot. The risk of owning any Chelsea player is high. |

sonnie10: Warning : Graphic story
In those days of firing squad in Nigeria, there was one we went to watch that involved 16 condemned criminals. But one of them was a notorious "Odeshi" boosting criminal. He was the one most people came to watch. In fact, most people betted that he would never die by the guns. Usually, 2 soldiers were given one criminal to execute, so there were 32 soldiers altogether. After the preparations of the drums, the criminals were tie on each drum and the soldiers had their normal parade, then prayers were offered by the priest.
Then the final moment came. At the command of the leading solider, bullets rained and the smell and sound of hot metals (the bullets colliding with the drums) and gun powder filled the air. From a distance where the watching crowd gathered at the opposite end of the field, I could see red vapor of blood rising in the air from each drum stand. Blood spattered and dripped all over them. Some died at the sound of the gun, some at the first shot, most after a while. We knew because we could see their heads dropped over their chest. However, a medical examiner also approached them to confirm that they were actually dead. How they even thought anyone would survive it still beats my imagination. Ironically the "Odeshi" criminal did not die. His head was still up. He was the last one standing of the 16.
The way the soldiers worked as a team was to join their next neighbor once their own assigned criminal was confirmed death. Therefore, as the number of criminals reduced, the number of soldiers facing the remaining ones increased. Finally, it was this last one standing versus 32 soldiers. Till today, I wish I had unseen what I saw that day. The down pour of bullets, the ripping of flesh and the dismemberment of individual body parts. The soldiers made a perfect circle on his chest with bullets which eventually gave way and the pound of flesh landed on the ground creating a blood filled tunnel on his chest. That was when his head dropped. The doctor found his his way through the mess and nodded in affirmation.
It was the end of the man with "Odeshi" as the soldier marched away to allow the city undertakers scoop what was left of his remains and nailed the coffin. very stupid lie. you should write a story book by the way, you have quite an imaginative mind. See lies abeg. |

Ibime: Van De Beek final price was £35m. Who do us this Kain thing? We already have numerous midfielders, do we really need more? I just want to us take care of our goal keeping problem.. Kepa will not change overnight. He lacks good communication with his defense, he has very poor ariel command, he cannot come out to grab the ball or punch it well away when we concede set pieces. He loses focus easily, he has weak hands for a keeper and many more problems. This area has been my chief area of concern, not the midfield that is fully stacked. |

Ibime: You see why I can't easily denigrate this country. Before the ambulance came, a solitary paramedic arrived by car (first responder who can get there quicker than the main ambulance) then the ambulance came, then another senior medic came in a different car came shortly after (who must be a doctor sent to support paramedics in life threatening situations). Before they came, 999 operator has already coached us through performing CPR.
Before ambulance reach Hospital, they have already organised Consultant to be on standby with crash team. From entering the hospital to CT scan took 10 mins and in another 5 mins after that, X-Ray was ready for cervical scan. Nobody asked my skin colour or whether I pay taxes or have insurance before treatment. The lead Radiographer on the CT was one black boy (looks in his mid-20s) whilst the lead Radiographer on the X-Ray was one black girl (can't be up to 30). The nurse-in-charge in step-down observation unit after he had recovered sufficiently was one Somalian girl also mid-20s with hijab on her head. This country is trying abeg.
It is only those with rebellious spirit wey never see how things dey run for other countries go dey complain about UK. My friend, common lower your volume, you think it's me you're doing abi? You want make i continue dey vex say i never comot this shithole abi? E no go work for you. BTW, I've always acknowledged that Western Europe have improved tremendously in race relations at least compared to the United States but you have to agree with me that it's not yet perfect, there are still elements of the old guard scattered across the country. The disproportionate incarceration rate is a pointer to this. The presence of proud white supremacists group is another. But on the whole, I do agree that there has been a great improvement in race relations than was seen few decades ago. Abeg stop to dey gloat about how good their system dey, you dey make person wan swim go abroad. |

Ibime: The young shall grow. I'm currently in hospital. My son climbed dining table this morning and fell on his head. As we picked him him up, expecting his cry, instead he fell silent and went into seizure and stopped breathing like a boxer about to die in the ring. The fear wey catch me. We gave him CPR and called ambulance. Luckily he caught his wind and regained consciousness after 3 or 4 minutes. After 2 or 3 hours in hospital he was back to his normal self and CT scan cleared him of brain bleed. We will be discharged soon. This made me reflect on the innocents whose lives became punchlines here a few days ago. It is completely unacceptable, and also unacceptable to accuse a father of molesting his children. Nothing scares in life more than losing children, and nothing offends a father more than being accused of being improper with his children, or mocking the death of children. This your post got me to further think of how lucky you are to be in an advanced country that values the health of it's citizens and has a fully functional emergency response system. Here, people have lost their lives over incidents even smaller than this. Following your story, you are indeed lucky to have been in a country where, immediately the incident happened, the ambulance was there in no time to provide emergency health services and transport him to a nearby hospital equipped with CT scans and all other Medical paraphernalia that eventually saved his life plus the well qualified health practitioners on hand. I really envy you bro. Your son's survival story just took me back to my own sister's death account, she was alive for more than one hour after her crash but bled out to death because people couldn't bring her out of the crashed car but worse than that was that the nearby health center, her body was eventually taken too was not what deserves to be called a health center but a death center. The place didn't even have basic medical apparatus for handling emergencies, showing that people in need of emergencies die unnecessarily here. Truly brother, you are blessed to have escaped this hellhole. My ultimate ambition na to join una there one day. |

donjazet: The far left are beginning to take things too far and it's agitating both the moderates and the far right.
Just look at the mess in Seattle, calling for a full abolishing of the police force How will law and order be enforced and maintained especially in a society where everybody is armed
Or those who are stripping down every single monument of past revered leaders like Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, Woodrow Wilson, John Quincy Adams etc. It's total madness.
These actions are now turning opinions against the left.
Recent events were sure to cost trump his reelection bid but these actions will cost the democrats massively if they fail to caution aggressively against the current chaos. I made this post months ago just after George flyods death and now it is becoming a reality. Democrats are now losing ground and may lose this election if they don't find a way of quelling the protests and violence. It's obvious to every one that these protesters are mostly democrats but because of a lack of leadership structure to their protests, they movement has indeed been hijacked by violent anarchists and arsonists who are just there to burn things down and destroy things. The republicans are only too happy to use this to their advantage as trump continues to inject racial fears into the the hearts of moderate voters. The Democratic leadership structure need to come out and stop all these so-called "protests". It's not doing any good, it's not achieving any positive result, instead it is ensuring the victory of the vile loathsome imbecile_ in the White House. Democrats have to go those rioting cities and subdue the mayhem else they will be in for another rude awakening come November. Fear is a very powerful emotion which republicans have always masterfully used to their advantage. Again, democrats need to ensure that all these protests and rioting ends. At this point, nobody sees the need for them, they are now very counterproductive. |

The least expectation from Lampard this season should be the top 4. Although I expect us to have a rough start, because all the new players will need sufficient time to gain understanding amongst themselves on the pitch. Some will definitely find it hard to adjust immediately. |
