I can understand that in great distressing moments like these, people panic and try to find reasons and answers for the disasters.
During 9/11 attacks, a lot of people genuinely believed that Russia helped Osama Bin Laden in carrying out the attacks and that high ranking government officials in collaboration with the industrial military complex aided the attacks so that they would benefit financially from the subsequent war.
