Eruditor:I'm really surprised and disappointed in you. Does a part of you still genuinely believe guardiola can win this league? I mean this has to be greatest self induced delusion. Common man! |
Why is the fpl update very slow today?? It's after 10am, and they are yet to update the scores. |
nateevs:Fucking_ unbelievable. Na why I dey write epistle be this. ![]() |
I just wonder how CHO suddenly dropped off He was very sharp last season and looked promising. Whether na new contract or that injury, person no fit tell. We really need to spend money next season. |
Elnino4ladies:That's my major source of happiness from this match. At the end of the season, a lot of our young boys will be established stars. ![]() |
HewlettPackard:Just look at this astute imbecile_. So because I have previously stated that Mourinho was the one who made me to start supporting Chelsea 15 years ago means that I am still his fan till date ![]() So i cant evolve in thoughts abi? Abeg park for corner, I no get your time. |
[sub][/sub] BikeMan: Fuck_me for what? You always let emotions dictate your thought. My stance remains that we shouldn't expect much from the team this season. This win should not make you think we have arrived. Just take it as you see. |
All Yea haters, back to your tents, no party for you. ![]() |
Good one from Lampard, let's use this season to integrate and consolidate the youths into the team and also infuse his philosophy into the team. a little part of me hopes we don't even qualify for Europe next season, so that we could focus on a title push like we did under conte. |
BikeMan:Irrespective of the result today, everyone can see how badly this team is struggling to an arsenal team that haven't won a home match in more 2 months. You say you support Lampard yet you have started calling for his head. Are you not a foolish fan? Eh, Okadaman? |
BikeMan:You are as foolish as your name implies. Anyone watching this Chelsea team right now sees a team in disarray. I have been drumming it into your ears since that something like this was likely to happen, but you chose to argue foolishly and blindly. Now you are stupidly calling for Lampards head. Seek wisdom my friend. |
Bikeman, your eye don open abi? |
It's quite sad seeing us lose all the points we amassed previously. I hope the fans remain patient with lampard sha. |
Bikeman, Bikeman. Our people say, what an elder sees while sitting, a child cannot see even if he climbs the tallest tree. You lack foresight my friend. I can see you are already foolishly beginning to call for lampards head. You are yet to realize that it is an over achievement for this team to even be at the top 4 right now with this squad at his disposal. Any sensible fan would know that we have to expect the worst this season and wait till next season before evaluating Lampard's genuine acumen. |
nitrogen:You never reason your own team, you wan come troll another team wey dey top your own. Bomboclat. ![]() |
Very underwhelming performance so far. We really need this win. |
Ibime:. Tor, I am just hoping for consistency moving forward. The fact that we don't yet have a defined formation or settled defense is quite troublesome though. But not taking anything away from this match, it was a nice win. |
Offside. |
Tammy ![]() |
Willian is unstoppable on his day. |
We're playing very well so far. |
I hope Rudigers presence at the back energies the rest. |
raumdeuter:Una no wellooo. ![]() Free me make I lament in peace abeg. ![]() |
Oasis007:I am definitely not happy, I'm just not surprised. Prior to this season, we all knew that even top4 will be kind of a huge ask, considering the massive problems we had then. Our winning run against the small teams masked the obvious faults in this team and made a lot of fans here begin to recalibrate their ambitions for the team. I vociferously appealed to our fans here to wait for the festive fixtures before being carried away, I reminded okadaman of our previous falters during past festive fixtures after a good start. My call for caution or voice of reason was derided and my moniker affiliated with the image of the prophet of doom. I am certainly not having the last laugh seeing that I am sad watching the team lose to small teams now, the poor predicaments of key players and the bleak future that continues to portray but we are CHELSEA and at the end of this perilous times, we will bounce back stronger. We have done so many times. |
BlueAngel444:It bewilders me as to how we bought that guy for £70m. Surely there were better options then. To get rid of him go be wahala. |
airmark:This will not be the 1st time our fans call for the head of a manager when we start having bad results. We are famed for our lack of patience with managers especially after the team must have had very good starts under the said manager, eg. Scholari, AVB, Di-mateo, sarri etc. I believe that our recent winning run realigned people's expectations for the team especially okada man, that's why I'm stressing my point. |
BlueAngel444:But that's what I am saying. We have been strong in the UCL previously, but this season is one where we shouldn't have a high expectation for the team. I'm urging caution against high hopes for this team. I'm doing this so that niggas here wouldn't start calling for Lampard's sack if and when we perform terribly this season. A lot of peeps here easily lost sight of the teams deficiencies when we were on a winning run. I'm trying to avoid that. |
airmark:Looking at our 5 possible opponents, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and RB Leipzig. One could see that our chances of qualification are bleak, because even if we were given Leipzig, one cannot confidently know which Chelsea will turn up as evidenced by our group stage results. In previous seasons, the big teams will pray to avoid us and we ourselves will have a certain level of confidence facing these teams but this season, you could feel those teams looking forward to meeting us. That is the reality at the moment. I am not making a mountain out of a mole hill, I am being logical. Yes, we have time to prepare for that, but at the moment, our qualification just looks unlikely. |
BikeMan:As usual as wetin? Ehh, okada man. I have told you that I am very objective and logical in my reasoning especially this season, and you better be too, so as not to be disappointed highly. I pointed out that it would be difficult for us to advance from R16 and you're picking offence?? what mental state are you in right now that rationalizes your inability to realize reality? Anyone could see clearly that we are far off from competing at a high level, we struggled to grab second place in an easy and average group. Most of our wins against the small teams are very marginal and rarely have comfortable endings and we're weak against the big teams. These are logical at the moment, considering the clubs current ordeal and It's absurd that I need to constantly remind you of our teams deficiencies. You need to also recalibrate your expectations for this season once and for all. Of course, we all hope for the best but we need our expectations to be concurrent with reality. |
I really don't see us progressing beyond R16. Quite unfortunate. |
This Leicester boys no wan hear word oo, it seems they are genuinely in this title race |
