Havertz turns us all Chelsea fans into headscratchers. Nobody knows exactly what this player is good at.

Some fans{stans} are already clamouring for tuchel to be sacked, so right in some ways.

Well , one thing is for sure, I would not invest any emotional attachment to the new manager. At this point, chelsea fans only have to be looking forward to the sack dates of their manager.

Throwback to when we squandered our league leading position first quarter of the season under lampard 2 years ago.
We've done it now again under Tuchel. Also did the same under Sarri.

Start very well, top the table early, go into December and mumuishly lose form. Pick it up again late January till end of season when the coach is now sacked. Rinse and repeat. For 4 years.

This is not true. The boy was exuding supreme confidence. It takes a certain bravery for a center back to take on players. Imagine a center back having 2 assists? My only problem is his height but I believe he's still growing so that will improve.

I'm loving kovacic the more every second. This is the best version of kovacic we've ever seen. I hope this guy just learns how to shoot better. He would be a world beater. I've forgotten if is Sarri or lampard that brought him to Chelsea sef. Nice one

I guess you guys can see why Tuchel had to start better players and not kids. This 2nd half shows anything can always happen in these cup matches.
It's better to start strong, bring in the young ones later.

I think this is a testament of our squad depth.
Our injury worries are now easing up and many of these players Havent played in a while.

It's beautiful watching kids play with ease and so much confidence. That's how Trevor chalobah broke in. I expect we'll be seeing more of this Hall soon enough. He has grabbed his chances with both hands.

Kovacic has really stepped up his game as a CM. Good runs and drives. Good decisions made in the final third, making key passes. I'm very impressed.
I just want him to add goals to his game.

Lukaku that's 4 good chances wasted. Good positioning though.

Yes it's boring. Even peak Barcelona. Boring but effective. Always wearing the opponents out. The opponents are always chasing the ball. The excess passes are boring but very effective.

Secondly coaching philosophy matters. Guardiola is hard-pressed on possession. He emphasizes this in his team. Likewise Sarri. That's why mancity matches are boring to watch. The ball is always moving.

Tuchel and kloop are very very direct. They want the ball passed forward at every turn. So this results in relatively fewer passes.

I don't know why I'm not seeing all these names here.
