Magnoliaa:That was a very brilliant write-up. Sense no go kill that writer. That was the same thing some were doing here by equating my attack of dayos tribalism as an attack on all Yorubas. The APC goons consistently cloak every political discussions via tribe. It's unfortunate. |
BlueRayDick:This is the stupidity of the masses we talk about. These wicked leaders will continue being evil because they are educated fools willing to continue enabling them. Defending the indefensible. Because why on earth will any reasonable human being on this earth defend Wike of all people?? Like, you hear that the thief is asking for billions of naira of state funds and you're rushing to defend him? What do you stand to gain? Some nigerians sef ehh! This is why we will remain where we are. Ordinary masses bearing the brunt of bad governance offering themselves us as useful idiots_ for these corrupt thieves who don't care about you. |
Amoto, Oasis, is this picture accurate?? Is this verse actually correct?
|
Ebukacute:I'm very sorry for your loss. Please take heart. |
Ibime:Ibime do you use Reddit? |
GloriousGbola:Thanks for that Wiki link. I've always personally suspected that APC runs a troll farm going by some shenanigans you see from some of their agents accounts on front page. |
Ibime:Hmm. I'm very surprised Russia will be supporting Palestine when they have a prominent Jewish population. Just imagine Putin who used pro-jewish sentiment as a reason for invading Ukraine now supporting Israel's attackers. Please what do you mean by social media farms? I've been hearing about it but never grasped it fully. What is social media farms? |
A001:This is very ironical seeing as every single person on this thread would have blocked you by now for being a menace on the thread by now. |
vanitybutiwanti:What in particular are you referring to? |
Ibime:I'm actually very surprised about this. How is this possible? Who is really behind this Palestine PR that even citizens of western countries will now boldly be anti-Semitic? Is there a secret power behind this pr victory for Palestine? |

The global economy today.

He really can't stop finding ways to take shot at me. ![]() Always in his head. |
Emaprince:That's because it's literally a word, that bests qualifies what I'm trying to depict.
|
BlueRayDick:Well, maybe perhaps it's my utter prejudice towards abroadians finding every imaginable way to condescendingly paint a completely irredeemable and incessant negative view of the country at play here. I'm not taking kindly to the sorta gleeful negative description because within me, I think that when we speak out about the country woes, we do it from a place of concern and the impact on us , but for them, it's a leisurely sport. A game. And that statement, "people don't matter", highlights for me what I think is that irredeemable negative view of our society. Forgive the rant. |
This is what people are justifying.
|
BlueRayDick:Because behind those words are a visible nihilistic view towards our society. I normally listen to ibime but that singular phrase captures the whole essence of his message. PEOPLE DON'T MATTER. But they infact do. There is a thin line between realism and nihilism. And not to mention that a lot of what he says are very unverifiable and without sources which leaves us at the mercy of untruths and word of mouth summations. Using your example of ipob, ipob is succeeding because some of the people, the average masses themselves are enabling them. The sit at home is thriving because a lot of people, THE PEOPLE, actually key into it. Same as the rivers situation where the situation is like that because of people's passivity and acceptance. Things haven't changed because the PEOPLE accept it. I will say again, proclaiming boldly that "people don't matter" is a very bad outlook, a damning nihilistic indictment which should not be accepted by anyone. |
Just imagine a situation whereby supposed intelligent masses are basically defending genuinely bad people and creating rationalisations for their evil actions. What a pity. |
"PEOPLE DON'T MATTER". That is a very terrible outlook towards any society. The very worst. Those words should never be uttered, not by a good minded person. |
A001:Cam you name one person on this thread who you believe is "intelligent"? Because you've called almost everyone on this thread low IQ but keep pestering us the low people relentlessly. Can you name a single person on this board who you think is "intelligent" according to you? Because it's foolishness and a waste of time to keep wasting your efforts on us the low IQ people, don't you think? |
Today I learned that we already have a universal language. Sign language used for the deaf and dumb is a universal language which bridges communication gaps across all countries. Infact all linguistics professionals all compulsorily learn sign language. The same sign language used for deaf people in Cambodia is the same sign language used for deaf people in Senegal, seeing as deaf people don't hear different languages. So try if you can to learn the universal sign language. Deaf people don't care about your local languages. |
We've started quite well. |
Nice attempt from madueke. |
seankafor:His positions today is highly awkward. It's fvcked up to defend the nonsense from Kate. Her fundraising for APC is an absolute hypocrisy. She has spent the better part of last year positioning herself as a people's voice. Even castigating other celebrities like seyilaw, Eniola badmus and the rest for attending APC functions. To now do that same thing now is her going against her standards. It's the equivalent of me suddenly endorsing Tinubu and this evil government. It absolutely makes no sense. |
Magnoliaa:🔥🔥 Well said. |
Magnoliaa:The double standards here today is absolutely disgusting. If you can't call one out for hypocrisy, what is then the aim of all we do here in the name of politics? |
What is wrong with teejay? This is really troubling behavior. Will you fight every single person on this board? What's up with your very thin skin? |
Seen on nigerian Reddit. The responding comments were funnier.
|
seankafor:I thought ibime once said there is how you would mix or mesh the crypto via a certain app and then it becomes untraceable?? Are you saying every crypto transaction is traceable? Every single one? |
kk2027:This is what really gets me mad with the APC folks today. The hypocritical double standards. In 2015, APC's selling point to we the electorate was that the new fuel prices of 140 per liter was absolutely terrible for the masses. That dollar going up to 200 from 150 was absolutely terrible. These were highlighted as major failures of governance by president Jonathan. And many bright eyed nigerians bought into that intense nasty politicking against Jonathan. Nationwide protests were held against Jonathan and Jonathan did not give the protests an ethnic coloration unlike today where any protest against bad governance is given an ethnic coloration by the APC as a divide and rule tactics carried out by their tribalistic herd and paid propagandists. Today, somehow the standards have changed, there is now a deep rationalization of the APC's misgovernance and misrule. A rationalization not afforded to Jonathan. As I said, any organized protest by the masses is automatically coloured as tribally motivated. These APC folks today disgusts me soo much. Every single thing they complained about Jonathan is now 10 times worse under the APC but somehow these demons many of who are not impacted by this misgovernance continue to this day to support this terrible government. Shining teeth with us, biting us and blowing breeze. Biting us and blowing breeze, not seeing the melancholic mockery and shamelessness that shines through them. What a pity. |

Theflint1:I summarise it best as this; 2015 - pro APC\ anti-PDP 2019- Anti -pdp (protest vote). And maybe I was indeed wrong for that 2019 vote. No way Atiku would have been worse than Buhari. But anti-corruption has been my strongest word since I became politically conscious and corruption issues always determined who will ultimately get my vote. Fair to say PDP has been a child's play when it comes to the institutional multilayered corruption under APC. One that is set to continue under the grand looter of Lagos in the coming years. |
