While some doubt the red sea (sea of reeds) crossing, I believe the story actually happened. Those who crossed to Arabia later settled in Yemen. There is proof of a remnant of these ancient Isrealites (not Ethiopians/Kushites) in Yemen. And from there they migrated to the West (forming empires like SONGHAI) and also to southern regions of sub Sarah-Haran(Sahara) Africa and to the land of Caanan in southern Africa.
