Many years ago I remember Pastor Chris mentioning that the rapture isn't anywhere close from what Bible prophecy reflects. And that once the rapture of the Church is close, he will alert the Church.

1 Thessalonian 5:4 is clear: the rapture isn't meant to take those who are in the light unawares.

the first verse you mentioned matt 19:4-6 Jesus was answering the question of DIVORCE and not the number of times a man can be joined to a woman. Jesus stated the clarity of a union.

second verse 1 Corinthians 7:1-2 speaks about sexual relationship between a man and a woman. While Hebrews 13:4 man should sleep with the woman he married, if he wants another or sleep with a woman he should marry her.
