The so-called new testament is actually a Renewed Covenant. That's the correct rendering of the Hebrew word used in the Torah (Jeremiah 31:31). So quit imagining a lawless testament. Paul was not an apostle to Israelites but to gentiles. Besides he spoke of "another gospel" in 2Corinthians 11:4. So it's possible to preach another gospel.
