http://theinnercitymission.org/school/index.php/testimonies PARENTS TESTIMONIES My name is Mrs. Oluchukwu Nwosu and I am a widow. I have three children in this school. The eldest of them is in Basic 3, another is in Basic 1 while the youngest is in Nursery 1. I thank God for everything; I thank God for helping me through the InnerCity Mission Nursery and Primary school, since my children gained admission into the school, I have seen a lot of changes in them. I thank God for using the InnerCity Mission School to help me, I also thank Pastor Chris for sponsoring the children in the school by providing them free books, free food and free medical care. I noticed that my children started looking healthier and smarter after they started attending the school. They are also now more intelligent. Before they came to this school, they had problems with their academics, but now, they are doing well because they are well taught by qualified teachers. Financially, the school has been of great help to me because I don’t buy textbooks or pay school fees or buy uniform and shoes for my children. The school gives pupils breakfast, lunch and dinner from Mondays to Fridays; this has removed heavy financial burden from me as a widow. The InnerCity Mission Nursery and Primary School is really God’s blessing to the children in the poor communities. MRS OLUCHUKWU NWOSU |
Pupils Testimonies About The School My name is Tessy Simeon. I am 11 years old. I am in Basic 6. Before I came to this school, my mum was not able to feed us or send us to school because our dad had died and she did not have money to take care of us. It was a painful thing that all of us – my siblings and I - were unable to go to school. One day, field workers from The InnerCity Mission came to our house and my hope of going to school was rekindled. They told my mum that they wanted us to come to school and they brought us to the InnerCity Mission Nursery and Primary School. My siblings and I were very happy. The InnerCity Mission Nursery/Primary School has helped me and my family a great deal… Quality education; breakfast, lunch and take-home dinner; uniforms; and learning materials – All Free! When I came, I did not know how to read, write or even speak good English. But now I can read, Write and speak good English. Participating in school events has really helped me. One of such events is the Election of new school prefects. Now I know about campaigns and elections; what they mean and how they are organized. Also, events like the Accolade assembly, Christmas carols, chapel, and cell meetings have helped me become a better child with a great future. Participating in cell meetings and chapel services has exposed me to more of God’s word. I LOVE SPORTS!!! Sports give me pleasure and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be able to engage in several sporting activities here at The InnerCity Mission School! http://theinnercitymission.org/school/index.php/testimonies |

http://theinnercitymission.org/memoirs/the-innercity-mission-nursery-primary-school-graduation-ceremony/ https://www.theinnercitymission.org/school/ On Friday, 8th August 2014, The InnerCity Mission Nursery and Primary School had her first-ever Graduation Ceremony. It was a grand occasion indeed… Asides the 52 Kidz moving on to High School, we had 16 kidz graduating from Nursery to Primary School and 30 of the Kidz in the School’s Bridge Program receiving endeavor certificates. The graduands made a grand entrance into the hall resplendent in their beautiful graduation robes singing a processional hymn “May we be a shining light to the nations…” They were ushered to their seats amidst cheers from their families, friends and the entire school body. Several speeches were made, mostly commendation and farewell addresses to the outgoing pupils. There were a couple of presentations as well, with a special song by the graduating class. In attendance were some of our highly esteemed partners and sponsors. It was especially nice that they could join the kids and their families to celebrate this milestone that would have remained a dream but for the fully sponsored gift of Free Education. A major high point of the day’s event was the presentation of awards. Several kidz got commendation awards for good conduct and outgoing school prefects got Leadership Commitment Awards. On behalf of the 2014 graduating class and other kidz at the school; all of them beneficiaries of The InnerCity Mission’s Free Education program, we say a resounding THANK YOU to All our Dear Partners and Sponsors. Thank You for Making Such a Huge Difference. These kids are able to get quality education, school kits and daily school meals – All FREE – because of YOU! donnie:Perhaps I should have added... 3. Run away in shame if you are too proud to admit your fault. |
DavidEsq When you see my posts, you have two options, 1. Apologize, repent and retract your statements. 2. Continue in what you have been programmed to do by your master.

DavidEsq:Witches and wizards, you see your life? ![]() We're talking major intervention projects; not spraying coins and inviting cameramen. 104 new families inducted into the InnerCity Mission's Family Support program as 70 graduate http://www.theinnercitymission.ngo The InnerCity Mission Family Support Program: Another Timely Intervention! The InnerCity Mission Family Support Program: Another Timely Intervention! The InnerCity Mission for Children is dedicated to breaking the cycle of child poverty, by giving the deprived, excluded and vulnerable access to information, food, clean water, sanitation facilities, healthcare services, shelter and formal education. Where we reach out to families, we do so for the children; providing security and protecting them from vulnerability that results from having parents who cannot afford to cater for them. A typical case is that of Juliet Kalu, a 29-year old single mother of three (3). She had cohabited with a man and had three kids with him. While she was pregnant with their third child, this man who was a driver, lost his job and things became even tighter. They all had to move into an uncompleted building because they couldn’t pay their house rent. Some days later, he announced that he had a funeral to attend in his home town (Edo state). He went away and never returned. He later called to say his mother didn’t want him getting married to a lady who wasn’t from his home town. She was devastated by her husband’s irresponsibility but had to move on especially because of her two children and unborn child. After giving birth to her third child, she managed to secure a 2*2 room apartment and started working as a househelp, going from one house to another. At the time Juliet was referred to the InnerCity mission, she was in a very dire condition: She and her three children stayed many days without food; her five year old had never been to school; the room she was staying with her three children was very small, dark and without ventilation; and her children had heat rashes all over their bodies. As part of our intervention, Juliet was immediately given food items and provisions and was registered with The InnerCity mission Family Support Program. Since then she has been collecting bi-weekly supplies for her family. In addition, we secured a better accommodation for them; an apartment with its own bathroom and kitchen, adequately furnished and fitted. Her children have also been enrolled at The InnerCity Mission Nursery and Primary School where they get 3 free daily meals and they get picked up and dropped off by the school bus Mondays to Fridays. Many Thanks to our esteemed partners who made all these possible… Thank You for giving Juliet and her kidz a hope and a bright future. We are indeed making a difference, one indigent child at a time and YOU too can be a part of it. Visit http://theinnercitymission.org for details on how you can Partner. Remember, Every Child is Your Child!

damosky12:Don't mind them. Anything pastor Chris, their witchcraft will always move them to opposing side. |
damosky12:Teacher ![]() |
jargo89:How will you have business? Nor be only rounds... If that person was defending pastor Chris, who used the phrase "IN ITSELF", you were arguing blindly. Period. |
jargo89:So you can even reply me? You do not have shame. Tell me, is there now an excuse for sin? Is that not why the man of God said masturbation IN ITSELF is not a sin? But because of your crookedness, you ignore the IN ITSELF and continue ranting. Now you have landed yourself in trouble. |
jargo89:If your brain is functioning well, you will understand him. Those Christians who do fertility tests, how do they get the sperm? After they will give testimony. ![]() |
idu1:If you go home and find one young rascal insulting or beating your father, you will ignore him right? |
DJMCOTTY:Philipians 3:14 "I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." |
Coolgent:That'll be a demotion. He is far far bigger than that. |
Edu3Again:That's how come about the phrase "in itself". Dummy |

Edu3Again:When you answer my questions, we can continue our discussion. |
Edu3Again:Did you hear him say, "in itself"? Do you know what that means? You prefer to quote this great man out of content to suit your selfish desire. |
boiz2men:50k? don't make me laugh abeg. Only one of the several zonal pastors in Lagos can surpass that number. Pastor Chris has since stopped holding crusades in Nigeria as no space can contain the crowds. The crowds can overrun a whole city. Now his pastors are packing out the various stadia in Nigeria. |
davodyguy:Atheists are simply intimidated by the boldness, power and prosperity seen among charismatics and evangelicals or Pentecostals. Period. |
