Please which is better concerning accommodation, for a prospective student of Manchester Metropolitan University, the school halls either private or general, or local accommodation around Manchester?

Secondly, what is life like in Manchester generally for a student? What are the things to expect? Any pointers that might help a student prepare ahead for living around there.

It's only GCE that needs Attestation letter and affidavit.. got to find out yesterday when I assisted someone to do hers yesterday. I went with only affidavit and they said I must also have attestation letter. You know GCE is a private exam.

I did MAY/JUNE do I need attestation...

It's not the best thing to do. Because even if you get your official test scores that day, GRE might not send it to those schools that day. So it'll still be late.

However, if it is not possible for you in any way to change that 6th December to an earlier date then, brother, what do you have to lose if you try?...... If I were you, given that assumption, I would give it a shot last last.

I think it is only free on the test day. sending your scores on other days might attract certain fee. so that might explain the fellow was charged few days before exam.

Your CGPA is impressive.
You should strongly qualify for a fully funded PhD... most especially in US schools.
Browse those school websites for transcripts requirement as the brother has rightly suggested earlier. If not required, then discard the idea. However, if required, certain reasons would suggest you do it in time.
1. Future cost might increase.
2. You do it now, you wont be pressured when the actual need arises.
3. you'll be sure to beat application deadlines easily.
4. should there be any issue, which is often the case with WES sometimes, you'll avail yourself enough time to make necessary corrections and adjustments...

But, beyond all the joke, I see in you someone very diligent. Someone who is ready to make a lasting name for himself. You know deep inside you that you gave the exam a good shot. The result turned it the way it did. *Do not give up* We have seen worse profiles get funded.

Hey guys...greetings. Pls I have another quantitative question that gave me tough time. Under GRE maths review for Data Analysis.

1. Let A,B,C,D be events for which
P(A or B)= 0.6
P(A)= 0.2
P(C or D)= 0.6
P(C)= 0.5
The events A and B are mutually exclusive and the events C and D are independent. Find P(D).
*[the answer at the back of the book is 0.2]* I mistakenly got 0.1 at first... which was easily a trap...but later having checked the answer I configured my brain... knowing fully well that ETS makes no mistakes in her books.

2. If (-13) is divided by 3. Find the remainder.
*[ the answer is not (-1). That was another trap. The answer at the back =2]*

please do kindly explain the tactics that suggest those ETS answers.

My exam is in November... but for now I don chop the registration money. Perhaps Ponpon go sort me on credit.

Just recognize the pattern that positive integers N divided by 5 with remainder 1 always end with a 1 or a 6, I think that's what you get to take away from the question.

Congrats bro. You are one of the people with highest score on verbal section. if your Quant section was like 169 or 168, menh, them go just de rush you.

Secondly, based on logic and facts... Ponpon had never had issues registering people for these kinds of exams, at least not in recent times. Also the gentle man makes himself available right on time should one have any issues.

plus do you mean its possible to apply to a school without sending in your GRE scores even if it is part of the requirements for processing your admission in a particular school... this is because you said you wrote thr gre after you filed your SOP, LOR etc to the school.

Hello house, i want to ask if anyone can give me a rough estimate of the amount of money one would be spending in the following stages
1. GRE/TOEFL: 45k each or so with Ponpon
2. School application fee assuming you are to apply to 5 schools max. :60 dollars each roughly
3. WES evaluation : over 250 dollars depending on your location and number of results.
4. Visa application assuming you get interviewed 3 times max.: 64k for each application
5. SEVIS fee : not sure how much
6. 1-20... I think only statement of account is needed
7. Flight ticket.: around400k depending on airline.
8. Amount you are to have assuming you are fully funded with a T.A or G.A: different range.
