Which way Nigeria? Even the so call first class product what have they contributed so far to the development of this country in their area of specialisation. Only in this part of the world we lay so much emphasis on certificate more than a productive skill and potential. Nigeria institution can only train you how to speak an European man language and awarded you a certificate for speaking big grammar and forget about your latent potential. A Chinese man may not be able to construct a good sentence but you would watch the shock of your life when it comes to technical know how about that same field you were quoting ancient and outdated theories . That is called wisdom the application of knowledge. Any knowledge acquired without knowing it real life application to solve human problem is not well mastered . The world today need people who have mastered their ingenuity , those who has relevant skills and know their application to real life problem not those with paper certificate . If that your certificate get you that job it may not keep you in that job if it require skills and competence. I think Nigeria Government should should review some of her policy because it doesn't encourage people to build their skills . Nigeria will rather employed an expatriate to a Nigeria with same skills and technical know how reason because she too has no confident in her own educational system . what a shame our educational system which ought to have been the bed rock of development as it is in other developed nations

She broke up with me , when she left me for her ex I was depressed for two weeks after then started see other girls that I don't even find attractive b4 we one of them became my very close friend so she help me get over her within two week. She even more beautiful and mature than her I became happy again. Firstly, I strongly condemn any employer that treat their employees unfairly. Employees are entitled to 1hr break for every 8hr and 30mins extra break for anything above 8hrs. Employees should also be paid fairly and entitled to 2 weeks sick leave and 2 weeks vacation with salary still paid.

Having said that, I must add that from personal experience, The average Nigerian employee have very poor work ethic. They just want to collect salary without bringing any value or doing what they’re told effectively.
